In my experience, I don't think evil geniuses are generally downtrodden. Seems that they're generally the ones doing the downtrodding!

I've been working diligently to get the LW cats on side too. Cats are evil and geniuses in their own right.
All we have to concede is an interpretive clause promising the right to cream and catnip to be provided by humans in perpetuity. And a general statement in the preamble calling for Legion World to be rebooted as InvertedRocketShip.net .

As a compromise to people who don't want to go back to the past, the preamble is essentially as useless as a mission statement unless backed up by the body of the document.
Since article 2 will state that the LMB leader essentially has only one power the registration and enforcement of individual property rights, it's all for show.
