As the last elected leader of the LMB, I would like to call this convention to draft a LMB constitution to establish the rule of law within the LMB in perpetuity to order!
I call on every able-bodied sentient to join us in drafting the document which will establish our society for the good of all! Lend us your legal acumen, your dashing good looks, your brains, your brawn... I call upon delegates from far and wide to help draft this, our LMB constitution!
Delegates... roll call!!!

Thora of Taltar is present, to make certain that male dogs aren't the only ones making the rules around here.
On MY world, which your robot space-probes contacted only a month ago, a superior MATRIARCHAL system exists! There, women are the stronger, dominant sex!

BTW, a brief history:
- Early during Lardlad's term, the LMB wrote a constitution.
- Early during Lash Lad's term, Cobalt Kid and Loser Lad used the constitution as rolling papers.
- There has been no constitution since.

Bevis aka Lucien Lad here representing a tree. See I'm not *actually* a tree, but by my graceful movements and poerful stance you can tell that I am representing one but in an artistic form. It's almost free form, expresive dance, almost acting, but all fabulous.
Also I have been in the backroom discussing serious LMBP topics and suspect some of the cigarettes being somked in theren't aren't just made of tobacco.

I wonder what issues we'll get to right off the bat? I know I have serious opinions on a variety of subjects, and my unique understanding of LMB history will only strengthen my arguements...

Surely Clause XI: A: 24 (the Nelly Cap Clause) will raise some controversy, EDE! I guess we might even have to renumber it!

Just to be sure we settle some of the easy things first, here’s the Security Office Clause which remains an important institutional part of the way things are operated. The Security Office Clause:The Security Office, which shall act to safeguard Legion World from unlawful action and malevolent intent, shall maintain a presence on Legion World at all times. Staffed by members of the LMB, it shall defer to the judgment of the acting LMB Leader, LMB Deputy Leader and general consensus of the LMB at large when direct orders are given. However, it remains its own separate entity in regards to its mission to protect Legion World. Addendum #1: Cobalt Kid shall be Chief of Security for the duration of his lifetime, and cannot be removed in anyway or form. The LMB Leader or LMB Deputy Leader has no power whatsoever in removing the Chief of Security, as he acts as one of the many checks and balances against the executive branch of the LMB. Addendum #2 (often referred to as the ‘Dark Stu Clause’): If the High Ranking Security Officers feel that the LMB Leader is not acting on his own will, or is acting against the moral character of the entity known as the LMB, they may choose to disobey direct orders from the leader, with no risk at all to their job security or safety. Addendum #3: If the Office of Security is unable to differentiate between any laws that may act against one another, it shall be up to the Chief of Security to present a written report to the LMB Leader, the Chief Magistrate to be sorted out accordingly. I figure we get the easy ones out of the way, we can get to the Real Issue or two at hand
