So I was researching all the past LMBP deputies for a sequence in my "Smoke and Mirrors" story (currently being serialized in Bits) in the Encyclopedia Galactica, and I came across this entry: Originally posted by Kid Prime:

and actually they were co-leaders; neither was deputy.
YK was Yellow King and Harbi was Queen B; they had jointly "overthrown" Kippers as leader, with the consent of most regulars (there was reason to avoid an election at that time).
The childhood friend Exnihil never had.

Sounds like an interesting time (a la the old Chinese proverb)!
Oh, well...since Harbi's gone (and wasn't technically a deputy), I guess I'll leave her out. Too bad...because an insectoid LMBer who was also a deputy would have come in handy in a big action sequence I'm working on!

BTW, I think I'm vaguely aware of why an election wasn't a good idea at the time, so no further explanation/clarification is needed for me on that aspect, at least...

Take it from me that Harbi can be rather waspish when challenged so having her as an insectoid character would be really funny! I'm meeting her on Thursday for a drink, can't wait to tell her
