Good idea, Quis. Although, I am a lawyer myself, I am reminded of the old saying that "The lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client." Varalent and I should deal at arms length in this transaction. I'll hire you and Vee can hire Rokk Steady.

Works for me, although rokk hasn't been around much recently. or... I could alwys hire Semi to represent me against Quis who's representing him! That might be fun!

Well, if I represented you, I wouldn't be representing you against Quis, as he's just my representative. In actuality, I'd be representing you against me. Anyway, the rules of professional responsibility would prohibit such a conflict of interest. Let's just make it simple. No hard deals -- I'll just deed you an undivided one-half interest in the bar, including real and intellectual property interests with mutual right of survivorship (in case one of us bites it fighting the Dominators). You agree to watch over it while I'm not there, and vice-versa. See, it's simple when you don't let the lawyers get involved (except for me). Sorry, Quis, you were driving too hard a bargain.

Is he going to be able to get his ship fueled or are we now stuck with him? If he's going to be hanging around like that, he should probably find a job - my stock of Johnny Walker Black is getting seriously low. And since it's now distilled off-world, I'm not sure when I'm going to get a new shipment, what with the Dominators moving closer and closer.
