Hey Portfolio Boy! Any stock tips for 2007?

ah.....let's make a new five bold predictions for the year of 2007!!!

#1 - Dream Girl will be revealed that she is still alive - shrunk down by Brainiac 5 and was being cared by the Imskians. while Brainiac 5 made Lemnos use his powers on Element Lad and Light Lass - making them forgot what s really happened when they were performing a farewell on Dream Girl.

#2 - Saturn Girl finally speaks with her voice.

#3 - two new members from Tarik's team join the Legion.

#4 - Dawnstar appears.

#5 - Shadow Lass wins the election.

Not a very *bold* prediction at this point. Well, unless... are you specifying *which* title she's appearing in?

in the Legion as a real member. Not fake, not imaginary before that. As in REAL.

Now, Pizza Delivery Girl, how about yours? what're your predictions?

1. Next time in the mad-scientist adventures quarterly, Violet *does* take down Brainiac 5.

2. Mekt joins the Legion for an electrifying 5 issues, then leaves to front for a company introducing Winath's fashions to Earth!

3. We finally meet Triplicate Girl's people, a species of asexual mimics who find her habit of reverse mitosis absolutely appalling. I mean. In *public* and everything! How degenerate can you get?

4. Dream Boy wins the election.

5. During a more than usually brain-breaking adventure, Comet the Superhorse saves the day and is unanimously inducted into the Legion... as Stud Boy. Legion groupies spend so much time wondering about his powerset, it even bounces "Is Comic Boy involved with anyone?" out of Most FA'edQ.


So... What odds will you give me?

You want bold? I'll give'ya bold!

#1- The Pre-Crisis Legionnaires appearing in the various Non-LSH DC titles will be revealed to originate on an alternate Earth.

#2- Said Legionnaires and allies will herald the return of the Infinite Earths idea.

#3- DC will set a comic series, mini-series or one-shot special on this other Earth with sales of it determining if they should make this a series or reboot the main Legion title.

#4- Geoff Johns will get to tackle the Legion in a comic. He will not necessarily write an issue of their comic. Either he will write the one-shot or, more likely, he will devout an entire issue or two of JSA to the Legion.

#5- DC's next big multi-part crossover event will do more to repair the Legion continuity then ever before, spurred on by renewed interest in the Legion thanks to guest appearences in so many DC titles and the animated series.

If your familiar with the new DC Nation secret message you'll find it even more possible then you first imagined...

1. Brainy will develop time travel within the next year.

2. With time travel developed DC will mandate wholesale time crossovers with every batman and superman book to boost sales.

3. Supergirl will cause the death of someone before she leaves for her own time.

4. Starboy will become Legion leader, because he isn't on anyone's bad side

5. cham will leave the Legion to form a private detective agency.

1. The current reboot will survive through the end of 2007, but will end in some Hypertime event where various Elseworlds stories will celebrate the Legion's 50th anniversary in 2008.

2. A Legion TPB will come out in the Spring of 2008 celebrating old and new stories from various versions. The Last Shooter Story will be included.

3. Sales of the new Legion Cartoon comic books will surpass the current Legion title by September 2007.

4. The current creative team will kill off a Legionnaire before they finish their run (to continue tradition and make their mark). Not counting Dream Girl (who will return in some manner), the character will be an old-time original from the Adventure pages, probably Violet (Atom Girl) or newly re-introduced Bouncing Boy.

5. By the middle of 2008, a Legion All-Star team title with members from various versions, but most from the Levitz version, will be spawn - possibly from a storyline in JSA.

My not so bold preditions.

1. The animated series Comic book will average sales of around 7k copies a month. Slightly less than what the current "Teen Titans Go" and "Justice League Unlimited" are pulling in.

2. The frequency of Supergirl's Brainy Jibes conintues to rise to a point where everyone can tell she has some kind of inexplicable attraction to him which she vehemently denies. This will cause the rift between Brainy and Cos to widen.

3. After the success of All Star Superman and the incredible failure of All Star Batman All star Legion will present the silver age legionaires in a series of touching stories where each one is a revelation abount one legionare or aspect of the legion in the same way Grant Morrison is devoting one issue to truly distilling the essence of each element of the Superman world.

4. Continuing the trend of Kingdom Come raising it's head in JSA. The daughter of Brainiac 5 and Silver Age Supergirl joins the JSA after discovering her mother is actually Powergirl.

5. The mutliverse is now our playground which means all Legion continuities existed and all of them are fair game for storylines.

Bonus: L.E.G.I.O.N. has a story arc in G.L. Corps to test the waters for a full series.

Oh and the showcase is going to do shockingly well

While I muffed #2 & #3, I was close on #1 (a year off) and #4. I nailed #5!

Ok here goes.... my 5 bold predictions:
1) I see.. uh I see, ummmm, er, *ahem*, ummmmmmmmmm
hmmm, oh poop, nothing's there!

I guess having my eyes ripped out of my head and my precognition powers obliterated in issues #47 has left me effectively blind.

Bold Predictions...
1)There legionnaires of the 3 worlds will contiune to exist in their own paraell universes...and time to time meet.

2)I will live to read the final issue of legion of 3 worlds.


3) RJ Brande will somehow be brought back to life in the last issue of Legion of 3 worlds.

4)the UP will finally realize how much it needs the legion and give its full respect to it again (the UP of the 'original legion') the legion will tell the UP to stick it where the gil'dan don't shine after all its been thru...then say only kidding.

5)The New Legion book will be a book about stories of all 3 legions from the legion of 3 worlds....issues from whatever to whatever will be about legion number 1....then the other legion takes over with their plot....then the other legion takes over with their plot.
