1. I predict that in some form or another, we will see the pre-boot Legion again.
2. Gim Allon will return.
3. Major brawl between Jo and Brin within the next year,leading to the resignation of one.
4. Montress & Jan Arrah will return.
5. Legion World will be destroyed during some major battle.

Well, since my previous predictions were mostly tongue-in-cheek, I guess I'll make some serious predictions this time.
(my original predictions)
1) Thunder will pop up during the next major story arc to save the day at the last possible moment, after the bad guy takes out the rest of the Legion. Naturally, she promptly rejoins.
2) R.J.Brande will be kidnapped or otherwise endangered by the Credo.
3) Tinya's third body shows up, kidnaps her and impersonates her. The real Tinya's disappearance won't be noticed for another year, and when they do find her she will be in a sens-tank.
4) Timber Wolf will kill someone in battle, and will be expelled after a trial which will end in a tie, but will rejoin after rescuing Tinya from the sens-tank.
5) Kinetix will finally be returned to normal, her powers will actually become specific, and DNA will actually make her a core Legionnaire. (I can dream, can't I?)
(my new, serious predictions)
1. R.J. Brande will still be endangered by the Credo. The telepathic abilties given him by the previous creative team will not resurface at this time, and he will instead attempt to reason with the Credo.
2. Singularity will find a way to somehow absorb most of Zoe's hypertaxis energy and become even stronger. Jo's comment in LL about how Singularity seemed to get stronger the more he was hit makes me think he might have some sort of energy-absorption powers.
3. Andromeda will return to the Legion after the Foundations arc, probably in a story involving the Legion dealing with the catastrophists. Andromeda will most likely be torn between the Valorist religion and the Church of the Last Son philosophy, and maybe even adopt both.
4. Jarth will be heavily involved in the Credo conflict, and will be heavily injured stopping Singularity. His injuries will be so massive that Garth will be healed by the last of Kinetix's hypertaxis energy, and he will becopme himself again physically, but will keep the transmutation powers. (This is an extension of prediction 2.)And of course, Zoe will be turned back to normal and both of them will remain active Legionnaires.
5. Spark and Cham's relationship will get have some serious developments in the Credo storyline, where one of them will be seriously endangered and will be rescued by the other one. I think this is logical since those two have lived through being separated by a thousand years, and again by having Cham stuck in the second galaxy. Now would be the time to make the next step.

1. The length of DnA's tenure on the series will rival Levitz's, for better or worse.
2. Cub will mature into a reincarnation of Highfather Izaya. He will save the day against Darkseid in a similar deus ex machina way to the Great Darkness.
3. Kon-El will return to the twentieth century at the end of Foundations; "the mysterious Clark Kent" will replace him as Superboy.
4. Jo and Brin will finally come to blows over Tinya, a fight that will end with them as the best of friends. During the fight, Jo will reveal that his feelings for Imra are strictly platonic, which will lead to his reconciliation with Tinya.
5. Sensor will finally get the hell over herself and once again be a valuable team member. DnA will drop the ball on explaining the extent of her new super-strength.

I'll recant on this one. Now that Waid has been un-fired from FF, I think it unlikely that he will undertake any extended projects for DC. whoa. sorry guys. i know this is off topic...but, when was Waid un-fired form FF? *does happy dance...maybe...* now...back on topic... (my new, serious predictions)

Brande have telepathic abilites?! and of course, my FIVE BOLD PREDICTIONS!! 1) The title of the comic will go back to being called The Legion of Super-Heroes. 2) Kon-El will actually stay with the Legion after the "Foundations" story arc is over. 3) DnA will finally figure out what the hell to do with Vi. 4) DnA will use the time blips that are happening during "Foundations" to bring back Gim and (maybe) Jan 5) Triad will actually leave Legion World and go on missions again (long shot, i know...)

1) The current storyline by Abnett & Lanning will build up and then have an anti-climatic ending.
2) A character will do something that is totally out of character or exhibit a power she/he hasn't had before.
3) subplots will disappear and never be resolved.
Oh wait these aren't really bold predictions as they have happened repeatedly.

Brown Legion, RJ Brande used previously hidden telepathic abilities to help Violet get over her guilt about Gim's death. This happened in Legionnaires 52, after the Mordru storyline. Quite a shocker, yeah, I still remember Lyle's reaction!

I'll back off this prediction a bit. I think DnA are remaking the reboot a bit to their own personal preferences, what with the "Foundations" arc timeslips. This intimates to me that they intend to stick around for awhile.

Unfortunately, it seems like it is. This was one of the reasons that the theories about RJ being the Martian Manhunter sprang up, and it was certainly more blatant a clue than RJ having Martian artifacts in his office or being the one to suggest M'Onel's Martian codename...

Okay I thought now might be a fun time to recap some of these. I probably won't do them all but I will go through them, one by one and see where the amateur Naltorians stand. Originally posted by Reep:

I predict that Waid will reintroduce Lori Morning in a Time Trapper story that will perdorm a mini reboot on the book, returing it's plot lines to when he left soon after the reboot. Not sure but I think I can safely say this is not how Waid will be redoing the Legion. 8. I predict that I will be among the first 10 posters on Legion World to make Legionniare status. Wrong Obadiah old buddy. You are still hanging around Deputy status. Although you did temporarily leave us for a bit. I predict that, within two years, we will be watching a Legion cartoon on the Cartoon Network. The series will be closer in visual tone to the Justice League cartoon than the Teen Titans. Maybe they will make an appearance on one or the other but I still think a cartoon of their own may be a long shot unless Waid and Kitson hit it out of the park on Jim Lee/Jeff Loeb levels.

There is still hope for Mark and Barry's run to make this come true. 5. I suffer a nervous breakdown trying to keep up with you all. Does developing carpal tunnel in both wrists count?
