I see in a splash page of Countdown Arena 1 a group of heroes : Lobo, Strata, Vril Dox, Stealth and Phase.
And ...my question is..Who is this Phase?
The original Phantom Girl lost in the past by Glorith?
The Tinya's cousin : Enya.
Or
the second self of Tinya 2 of the reboot?
The is red lady Lydia Mallor?
Maybe the real L.E.G.I.O.N. returns?

That's a L.E.G.I.O.N., but I read somewhere they are alluding to the fact that it is an alternate universe's L.E.G.I.O.N.(one of the other 52).

This would be a good thing, because Monarch blasted them all to kingom come when he threw a hissy fit a few panels later. I'd hate to see the team resigned to the "cannon fodder" category when we have so many Titans around still... (note the dripping sarcasm).

It looks like the Baywatch L.E.G.I.O.N. from, er. Annual 5, I think? The one made entirely out of crack.

I think you're right, Piz. Same outfits, same look. Great annual: '007 lead, the Curt Swan Silver Legion parody, 90210 and LEGION by Gaslight 2-3 pagers, and than one-page gags.
