Nothing personal, but it would have been more fair and more accurate to have included two more choices: "Another character in 'The Legion'" and "None."

I, too, would have preferred to be able to answer 'none' as the Legion doesn't seem to do well in solo titles. Val's series and Rokk's mini were not shining stars. I'd much rather prefer a second team title focusing either on the Academy or the Espionage Squad.

I have to agree, especially since my #1 choice wasn't on there.

I also would much rather see a second title devoted to the Espinonage Squad or the Academy as opposed to a solo title

Funny. Even though the leader is the one I voted for, I'm a bit shocked.

I wonder how many people voted this way because of a certain other very successful and highly acclaimed series that has ties to this character?

I really wish this would happen for the winning character.

There really is a lot that could be done. Especially if they take his SO with him...

As a Legion fan, I would snatch this up in a heartbeat. But is the DCU maybe a little "starred out" with eleventy-billion different Starmen in its history and now a StarGirl? If I wasn't a Legion fan I would probably stay away, not being up on star history and all.

I just realized the idiocy of posting about the complexity of Starman when as a Legion fan, I have no problems keep eleventy-billion different characters straight. Never mind my complaint.

Ethan van Scivner asked which legionnaire people might want to see in a solo book and, according to reports, responses included Timber Wolf and Cosmic Boy (among others). Not my favorites, but I could see them holding a series, or at least a mini-series - especially if one focused on the Knights Tempus and Cos.

However, I was thinking that one of my favorites, Brainy, might not do so well in an on-going solo story. A lot of his character depends on interaction with the other legionnaires rather than the gizmos he invents. There were a few pages in The Magic Wars in which, having left the Legion for Colu, he just wandered around talking to himself. Brainy in new situations is not so interesting as Brainy in new situations with his teammates. Of course, it depends on the writer....

Shadow Lass, IMO, could carry a solo series. She already has a well-developed back story, family connections and a planet with some history to work with.

This poll from five years ago garnered the most votes for Star Boy, followed by Dreamer and Brainy.

If there's going to be a second title it should be a second *team* title. I'm a legion fan but currently not picking up any legion titles, as I'm still upset over the decision to Re-boot again. I know it's just fiction, but I'm attached to the previous versions of the legion. I guess they can all co-exist, but then who gets to have their adventures told in a monthly on-going?? I vote for two legion titles, with rotating legions from year to year, or so. I'd love a third title, (if that's at all possible,) but instead of a solo title devoted to one legionnaire, it should be a *spotlight* series with a rotating roster. Could be one or more legionnaires focused on for a one-shot or a multi-part story. Even a villain or a supporting character could get a spotlight necessitated by whatever may be happening in the main series, but not considered appropriate for a team book.
