So I have a question and figured I would ask the experts here at Legion World for their advice.

My LCS is having an action figure sale, selected figures are $5 and you can get 5 for $20. Now I don't normally collect action figures but I was planning on picking up the Marvel Family ones when they come out in the fall. Also, I don't really have anywhere to put them.

My question is, would I be a sorry excuse for a Legion fan if I didn't pick these up? Should I plop down $20 and get them (if they are still there next time I go) or should I ignore them. I was ready to buy them out of Legion love when I first saw them, but I'm training myself not to buy things on impulse and I'm debating it now.

They don't represent my favorite era of legion (costume wise) and I don't have a place to put them, but still, it is one heck of a deal...

I agree. Don't buy unless you really really want it.

Personally, I would love a Captain Marvel (Shazam) action figure and Hawkman. I love the Legion action figures but I know I will just box them up somewhere.

I agree too. If you don't want them or need them, don't buy them. But do tell Gary and I where your shop is. wink

Steph,

for $20 buy them for me and I'll send you money plus the packaging and posting costs to the UK. smile

I would expect to pay £12 each in my LCS (thats what? $23-24)

Ok, my LCS is in Catonsville, Maryland. Cosmic Comix and Toys is it's name. I'm running up there today with my brother (he had to work Thursday so he's picking up his books today). I'll see if they're still there or if he added anymore to the pile.

Faraway Lad, I have no problem picking them up for you (again, if they are still there). If he still has some in stock I'll pick them up and PM you about shipping.

P.S. Everyone else, thanks for the advice.
