Silly of me.

I love the Magic Wars reference since this boot's been a little iffy on that.
Sketch did a wonderful drawing of the hooded young man and the bird.

And boy, Chuck is looking pretty good!

So, who is Harlack and what's the difference and which did Phil draw?

Phil's art looks great, but isn't Blok supposed to be all dark and shiny looking nowadays?

I was thinking the same thing.

Harlack was an apprentice on Zerox (Sorcerers world). a short Khund (who must be quite brave to pursue being a sorcerer rather than a warrior)

Harlack was the only sorcerer to stay and fight the arch mage with Mysa 'the White Witch' during the Magic Wars. he only got a few panels of show time. all the other sorcerers on Zerox fled to another dimension.

wonder if we will see the other remaining on 'Tharn' in this boot.

Harlack used to look like a pink khund with spikey hair. (riiight?) now he is presumably (could be someone else) the yellow glowing guy with red hood.

if Harlack has progressed in his magic studies his appearance will/might have alter(ed) to the yellow shiny guy we see now.


... may have to fish those magic wars books out of my bins. (too much to hope for for a TPB)

Awww, he was such a cutie in his first appearance!
