The Imperiex from the almost universally loathed nadir of comics crossovers 'Our War Against Women'? The Imperiex who appeared in one bad story that had nothing to do with the Legion and then was never seen again? The Imperiex who almost nobody outside of a few masochisitic completist DC readers has ever read about let alone heard of? THAT Imperiex?!? Why on would they bring that guy in? Its gotta be a typo! Otherwise... I just don't know what to think. Surely there's a Legion villain that could fit the role better than that no-rate character can.
