I was going to skip over the Adventure storyline in general because it just seemed like retreading, but if it's worth picking up I'll buy it when I'm at the shop today.

Bought it and enjoyed it. First time I have seen a baseball game in some time, reminds me of the X-Men!

That was the beauty of reading it for me. The innocence of that time. The minor-but-major-for-them threats that happened back then (when compared to present day threats... the whole Sun Eater drama not withstanding of course).

Just think about what Paul is doing over in the regular Legion book and compare it to his writing in this book.

I am going to enjoy this Adventure run for as long as it lasts. The little kid inside me likes it.

Well, I can think of 2 heroes killing, 2 heroes going nuts, and at least 2 alien invasions.

That leaves computer armies, evil magicians, and losing limbs.

3 to 3.

Who knew there was an exaggeration police?

The untold story angle is what grabs me, I mean think of the untold stories of Ferro Lad, maybe how a few romances started, political drama (first trip to Webers World?) and as others have mentioned, the aftermath of major events. The shock and grief the other legionnaires had to feel after Ferro Lads death. or the destruction of their HQ by the Fatal Five. So I don't see the run in adventure as a rehash, more like deleted scenes off a dvd.

I certainly hope Paul tells some of those exact stories, L07! Those seem very worthwhile to me.

Still "Lardy" to my friends!
