I thought the writers more or less just recounted a load of continuity rather than provided many new perspectives on the Legion. There was that ridiculous bit when one of the writers compares Mano's homeworld to a gay nightclub (!) but other than that it seemed like a lot of fans telling a new reader about what they'd missed so far... http://bottlecityofkanga.blogspot.com/
