Can someone remind ME how Sylar knew to show up at Zane's house before Mohinder? I was thinking about this all during last night's episode, how Sylar managed to 'sidle' in with Mohinder, and it's really bothering me.
...but you don't have a moment where you're sitting there staring at a table full of twenty-five characters with little name signs that say, "Hi, my superpower is confusing you!"

Sylar's going off the same list of names that Mohinder has. He got them from Mohinder's father (possibly when he killed him?).
It was just a coincidence that he happened to show up at Zane's house when Zane was expecting Mohinder, and he took advantage of that coincidence.

I'm sure this was explained in the episode I missed two weeks ago. How did Esper Cop meet up with the Human Bomb. Last night they certainly knew each other.
"Hey Jim! Get Mon out of the Zone!! And...when do we get Condo back?"

OH! I know that one! Esper Cop arrested Human Bomb in HB's first appearance. What's odd is that Human Bomb could find Esper Cop's phone number (Cops ALWAYS have unlisted numbers). My guess is Internet Lass used her powers to find it.

Another observation. I'm a little disturbed (just a little) that the two newbies offed by Sylar in the last 2 weeks were both, how shall we say, unphotogenic?, relative to the regular cast. Yes, Charlie was cute, and Sylar slew her anyway. But it's a little annoying in a show about "real-world" super heroes that being more homely = getting killed. Saturn Cop better watch the paunch.

I have mixed feelings about that. On the one hand, I'm glad they're showing "normal" looking people getting super-powers at all, which is something that always bothered me about comics. But, yeah, I see your point.

Hiro's great, still a favorite. But I think Saturn Cop Matt is my favorite right now.

I'm with The Labradorian. Hiro's great, but Peter just plain rocks!
The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."

Saturn Cop is my second - closing in my #1 Hiro....while Claire is my 3rd. I like her! She has the guts to stand up to Mr. Bennett, and hopefully she will continue to stand up to him.

More evidence that guns are bad. I'm glad we're finally getting some other people together. I'm not sure I trust this mysterious lady going around with Radioactive Man. Claire's dad is becoming the most interesting character--it's hard to figure out all the grey areas. He certainly had made a mess of his wife...and Claire. Peter's looking pretty powerful these days...

I can't imagine them keeping Peter at this power level in the long term.
I think something's got to happen to de-power him by the end of the season, or else it's going to be hard to keep the show interesting.

Isn't there another death slated by season's end? Whoever it is, I think it will provide the biggest shock power yet, somehow. And for reasons stated in previous posts, I'm thinking that will be Peter. I don't want it to be him, but that's what the gut's telling me.

last night's show was great.

Peter and the nuclear man are a rather ineffectual team up. they have nearly the same info they started with, and are now captured.
Claude used to work with HRG. Hiro's father is part of the conspiracy.
Claire and the Haitian are on the run.
they just keep ramping up the tension. </span></span>

I loved the way they made HRG into such a sympathetic character.
That's the kind of stuff that LOST did so well in its first season.

I think last night's "Company Man" was the best episode yet! Best part was that all the HRG stuff made a lot of sense with what we've seen so far.

Aaaargh! I taped the show and my VCR cut out with 2 of 3 minutes to go! The last thing I saw HRG guy pointing to his stomach, indicating where the Haitian was supposed to shoot him (I think).
What happened after that???

What happened after that??? I got something in my eye after that! Seriously. Actually it was a really touching moment between father and daughter and HRG had the Hatian shoot him in the stomach and go deep into his mind and erase any knowlege of Claire the Company may use to find her so she could go far away from their reach. Really though, a bug flew into my eye and made it water. Really... In closing, I'd like to say that this episode was the best example of television writing/acting I have ever seen out of any series, sci-fi or other.
