I went to a movie today.
I still haven't seen Fantastic Four.
I seriously considered seeing Batman Begins for the third time.
It's damn good.
Ended up going to War of the Worlds instead.
Okay, but I think I would have enjoyed the third viewing of BB more.

You know, I wouldn't mind seeing Batman Begins a third time.
I don't think I ever shared this, but the second time I saw it, with my g/f, she really liked it and got a little emotional for poor Bruce at one point. Considering her outright refusal to watch the Lord of the Rings movies, Star Wars movies, and a lot of comic book movies, I was really impressed that Batman Begins made her feel that way.
It was a DAMN GOOD movie. Maybe the best comic book movie of all time IMO. Can't wait to own it.

I saw "BB" for the second time recently and what struck me was that I'm almost sure Gary Oldman is doing an impression of Alan Arkin. I may be wrong, but his american sounds a lot like him...
Second time out, I also noted that we're actually about an hour into the film before he shows up in costume. Maybe taking a cue from the first Spider-Man, they managed to make me not mind the wait at all.
