Well, this event gave me the thing I wanted most: a Legion belt.

I loaded it and ran around future Metropolis a bit, but it wasn't quite as awesome as I hoped, since there weren't a lot of recognizable landmarks (or, any, that I could find). It's possible the cool stuff is tucked away in the missions, but my character is five years old and his gear is too low level to get into any of them. (And I'd be skeered to ruin some other peeps day by signing up for one anyway, since I am flat-out terrible at this game and would be a stone around their necks.)

I did get to see (and get zapped by) mind-controlled Rokk, Imra and Garth at various times, and saw the Emerald Eye once, but missed out on Validus and the Empress so far.

Just to visit future Metropolis, I think you've got to be level 15-ish, since my newbies couldn't go. (Although, again, I suck at this game, so perhaps I missed something.)

Is this a short time period event which is only available briefly or a permanent addition to the game? Anyone know? I've never played and I'm not really in to fighting games but I will probably try it at some stage.

It's permanent, but the event (free preview) of it will only last a few months until the next dlc launches. After that your cr (combat rating/basically level) will have to be 310 to enter and you'll have to own the dlc or be a member to access it.

So apparently the new update coming will be including Legion content! Should I reinstall this on my xbox?
