Has anyone ever actually photocopied their butt?

A guy where I worked did, during the Xmas party. It seems like a real late-in-the-party sort of thing. "Les fesses de François" was pinned to the wall for about a day, then everybody sobered up and decided it wasn't that hilarious after all.

I'm cleaning house! The sense of accomplishment I'm feeling is absurdly out of proportion with what I'm actually achieving, but I've been putting it off for so long that any progress is a good thing!

Would you believe I haven't put away the Christmas decorations yet!?! They are conveniently piled on my treadmill, so I can't do that either. If only there was a prize for procrastination.

Well, you know you'll just have to get them out again in another 9 months

And I think I could give you a run for your money in procrastination.

Hmmmmm...so I got my ultrasound test results back today, which my doctor described as "nebulous". Meaning everything looks normal, except for some weirdness where my gallbladder connects to my kidney. It could be a sign of a blockage, or could be just the way I'm made. So back for more blood tests today, and if there are any anomalies, then I have to get a CT scan, or worse, they shove a tube down my throat and go for a look around. Fun!

Hi FC. I'm still around. Alas, no tropical island, just laying low for a while as I deal with some pretty devastating personal issues. My boyfriend and I are separating after 13+ years together.

Please know that Scott and I will be wishing good things for you in this awful time. I'm so sorry that in the midst of your health crisis you are having to deal with the end of a relationship that was longer then some marriages. Please, please do everything you can to keep your spirits up and to believe that the future will be better. You need your physical strength right now, as well as emotional strength. I don't know why things seem to happen all at once, and you deserve so much better. Much love and positive energy going out to you from all of us!

After 13 years, breaking up must be awful for you. I think Caroline is right, things seem to happen all together, and sometimes it can feel just too much. But the folks here on Legion World are a great bunch and if you need them they will be there for you. I spent a lot of late nights talking to some of the guys here when i was going through my divorce and its probably not too much to say that they kept me sane when things seemed pretty rough. So much so that when i met Jennifer she realised how close we had become and encouraged me to fly out to see them.

Big hugs and if you want to let off steam you know where we are.

Ronda, you are truly a beautiful, wonderful and creative, talented person.

Never forget that. We don't.

For now, I'm hanging in there and doing my best to just stay busy and distracted. My Mom has come to stay with me, and she's making sure I take care of myself and don't neglect my responsibilities.

In reality, not much has changed, as S. is still working out of town. I'm fairly accustomed to being alone. I don't like it, but I'm used to it. The hardest part right now is dealing with the loss of the future I though I would have. I thought we would be together forever.

And eventually he'll have to come back and get all his stuff and move out. Not looking forward to dealing with that.

Hey everyone! Well it's been a while since I selfishly demanded your attention! That means I'm long overdue.

On the personal front, I'm hanging in there and I'll be okay. I'm still having a great deal of trouble of concentrating on my work, but I think that might just be due to chronic sleep deprivation (sleep apnea).

I'm SO looking forward to San Diego, meeting you all/seeing you again, and blowing off some steam!

Hey Ronda. Sorry i haven't posted to this thread before, and i haven't read of your troubles til just now. But, as a former true legionaire, and a highly respected, liked, and well thought of poster here on legion world (just as, if not more important than the whole legion thing), add my well wishes in too. This is one of the greatest boards on the internet, and when i am not stirring up trouble on the firestorm boards for dc, i come here to get on with the best people around. And lets face it, you've been pretty cool here.

I hope everything is going better for you. If not, let us know, we'll be here for ya.

I'm looking forward to getting to meet you and the other Legion Worlders, too, Ronda. We'll have a great time--and it's a vacation, so all diets are off!

So, I found out yesterday that the ex is finally coming back to pack up his stuff and move to LA permanently. He gets in tonight!

He'll be staying here for a week or two (on the couch!) while he settles his business.

We haven't seen each other since Christmas, and haven't even spoken, except for the odd email, since the break up in March. I have no idea how awkward and weird this is going to be.

Anyway, I may be hanging around a lot, looking for moral support and virtual hand holding!
