I thought it was pretty cool. I recognized the bits of other songs thrown in their too, which was nice because it gave something for everybody. It wasn't as good as last year, but it was livable.

Ceelos (or whatever the spelling of his name is) face when the stage started rising was freakin hilarious.
Active LMB character is still Beast Boy.

I thought she did well (watched the performance on EW.com).
But that new song? Ummm, it was pretty obviously a rip of Gwen Stefani (both sound and lookwise) circa "Love Angel Music Baby".

And I thought he seemed embarassed to be there the whole time -- understandably. And how pathetic was M.I.A.? Trying to steal the show by throwing the finger -- "cutting-edge socially conscious rapper", my ass, she's just another showbiz whore.

Didn't Madonna just lip-synch the whole time? LAME! Also thought the song choices were pretty poor. Not exactly her greatest hits. Never heard the two in the middle before.
Still "Lardy" to my friends!

Its a little known fact that Madonna is not from this universe. She's a refugee from Earth-80s which collapsed on itself after the Berlin Wall which held the fabric of their universe together was destroyed.
She and her husband Sean Penn from Earth-80s came to this world when their divorce shielded them from the black hole in Berlin. He retired from his career of beating paparazzi with his fists and took the identity of a middle-aged bohemian hipster. Her memory was erased after the release of her book of erotic photography and she wandered for years adopting a British accent.
Recently however her memories of her former life in the limelight of Earth-80s were triggered when she encountered Lady Gaga who she believes to be our universe's rebooted version of her.

Tampy has clearly succeeded in his efforts to get into the groove on that one.
The childhood friend Exnihil never had.

I guess Lady Gaga is the "New 52" version of Madonna?
