I have new respect for G&M. "I've always wanted a face lift." She had the best attitude after her fall. I knew that they would come in last, but you had to know that it was a non elmination for the two hours. But what a great twist in that they take all their stuff and the money. I am so glad that they are still in the race.

Also new respect for the Wonder Boys. Crashing the car, catching up, and still getting there in time. Did you see Phil almost cry for the Wonder Boys? Did you see him kinda give the evil eye to Romber?

I am glad that both these teams are still in it to win!

I noticed the look on Phil's face when he asked Rob about the acident. I was hoping there was a rule that said they had to help another team in case of an accident or injury. I was just waiting for Phil to chew them out and then penalize them.

It is a race so I have no probelm with Romber not stopping. I would have slowed down to check it out, but not get out. I am sure that if it was a more serious accident the entire race would have stopped.

Plus Alex and Dude wouldn't share the bus/cab with Romber after they were interviewed with an entire empty set. It is the way you want to run the race. Rob even said that they were probably not going to be on anyone's christmas card list.

And Phil is so collected and calm that he would never chew a team out. He had his chance last race wiht J&V. Phil always keeps his cool.

Hmmm I am hoping that anyone will win the Race - not Rob and Amber since I felt that Rob and Amber are having a HUGE advantage than the others because of their recognizance by the hospital staff - once they recognize them, they are more willing to help them out than the teams who are not recognized. I still am bothered by Rob and Amber's performance and I question their agenda in the Race...do they really need more $$$ or what? I don't have an answer to that. If Rob and Amber wins the Race, then the Race would lose me as their viewer.

GREAT episodes last night, you kind of had to know the episodes were being editing with foreshadowing in mind w/re: to Deena and Ron. I have to admit that was ONE scary fast forward, crossing over that scary bridge. You have to figure it was set up solely for this mission because for what other reason would such a scary bridge have been constructed?!

I too have a new respect for G & M, she's an ornery old gal who won't be left behind! And props to Ucheena, Joyce, Alex and Lynn for having enough class to show the world that there really is a line drawn between being competitive and being human, and that it comes down to a choice that each individual must make. I've enjoyed watching Romber, and though I'm still a fan, I was very disappointed in how much their competitveness blinds them to the reality of what befalls others.

And the bros rock! They've been a fave of mine for some time, there biggest rpoblem is their biyish exuberance, they get so caught up in the moment that they run the risk of losing their heads, in the car accident almost literally! tongue

This is turning out to be a memorable season. smile

Did you remember when one of the Wonder Bros said he was hanging out wiht Lynn to much while he was driving? Priceless.

Hear a new rumour that Rupert from Survivor:pearl islands has been aproached to do the race wiht his wife. What do you guys think of that?

So Rupert is ok, but Romber aren't? smile

Remember, Rupert already won his million dollars too in that special All-Star call for your favorite to win contest thing they did.

I's rather see Elisabeth or Colby from Austraila.

Fun episodes last night. I'm glad that the old couple is still in it because the old lady cracks me up. I love it when she starts to narrate everything. Ray was a jerk. I'm glad he's gone and hope Deanna wakes up and smells the jerkee sometime soon.

Wasn't too fond of the new twist of taking away all of the non-eliminated team's possessions. They're already in last place, taking their money and everything else away is just helps the other teams instead of mixing things up.

Don't care to see anyone else from any other reality show on the Race. Rob and Amber make it clear that they can get an unfair advantage just by being recognized. Plus I don't even like any other reality shows.

What was with that plane almost flying into the racers?

My wife and I had it taped and we rewound the race to the finish line of the second hour twice just to see the bros' reaction. This was good TV!

Can't wait till tomorrow!

Goodbye to the Wonder Boys...

fairly decent show. lots of mistakes this show for all the teams. I can't believe that Gretchen and Meredith are still in it, wow.

wait I just remembered

"Your just a stupid redneck." Kelly to Ron.

Oh no you didn't. Ron told her to chill, not to F* up. She really does need to chill out.

I thought the completely opposite end of the spectrum reactions to the potential of being last in a non-elimination round by the boyfriends and the brothers was hysterical! One set is layering like mad while the other set were stripping down to their swim trunks and furlined hats, lol!

Way too funny!

Yawn. Rob and Amber win another prize after an hour of folks driving around. Certainly not one of the most intense episodes I've seen.

Loved it!

Not a non-elmination leg but a stupendo extended leg of the race! India always makes the racers weary becasue of the huge amount of people and the just different way of living there.

But they have to continue to race!

Loved it!

It's weird though how they cram 2 complete episodes in one night a few weeks ago, and now they extend this one with a "to be continued" at the end. Gretchen wailing throughout the entire episode was a bit much, but also hilarious. And why in the world were they given such a rousing welcome by the Indian locals, are old people a rarity in India? <scratches head>

I'm rooting for Young and Younger Nathan Lane, lol. smile

I was thrilled to see that twist. Just when you thought the contestants would file into a pit-stop in their oh-so-usual order, we learn they have to keep going. Haw haw. Now if only the order would get really shaken up in the next epsiode.

I was sad to see young and younger Nathan Lane go. Thought it was cool that Joyce agreed to shave her head... then grew tired of hearing what a 'sacrifice" it was. For God's sake it's only hair. After awhile it began to sound like she'd given up all her ovaries and any opportunities to ever breed. tongue

Lol BWB.

Still glad that Meredith and Gretchen are still on. Her yelling is now funny instead of annoying.

Did anyone catch that comment from Kelly to Ron in nexts week preview.

Kelly: You have a probelm committing.

Ron: (Sarcasticlly)Yes I have a probelm with committment.

Kelly: Yeah you do.

Ron: That's way I signed up for the army.

Kelly: Well you got out of that too.

Ron: (Confused look on his face.)

Kelly: (Totally serious and straigtfaced) You become a POW.

Priceless.

I was disappointed to see the boys eliminated. It's okay that Meredith & Gretchen are still in it, but I don't believe they'll make it much further. That just leaves three couples who I can barely care about. If it just ends up being Rob & Amber battling it out with Ron & Kelly I think I'll call it quits a bit early with this season.

Why didn't Uchenna & Joyce get a prize for coming first? Not only did she shave her head, but it was one of the longer legs of the race on top of that. They were robbed!

I too was flummoxed by Kelly's POW comment to Rob. She sure isn't making any former beauty pageant queen contestants look too bright. Hopefully Ron will go AWOL on her and find a woman who is worthy.

Anyone watch last night's show?

Glad that G&M made second. I am halfway amused and horrified by them still being here. It's great but they get so confused so often. G did do good by climbing up the wall. I give her props for that.

I am glad the R&K aren't out of the race yet. I am also gald that they finally won something. Listening to a longer version of that edited converstion they had makes me think that Ron will eventually marry Kelly. Ron teases her alot and gives her looks but half of my married friends do that anyway to their spouses.

Isn't this the 3rd prize they've won?

Gretchen has me roaring on the floor laughing with her never-ending commentary on everything and anything. The more nervous she gets the more incessantly she babbles. It's crossed over from being hair-raisingly annoying to gut wrenchingly funny a few weeks ago. Now I just start to giggle everytime I think of her. Her riding atop the wooden elephant last week was PRICELESS!

Meredith should be canonized!

I just think old people do that. My gradma will set and watch a movie and talk to herslef the whole time about the movie. Explaining the plot, the actors and how it compares to old movies.

It's like their inner monologue is off mute now. smile
