so for my 35th birthday this year, i got the new APPLE 'iMac' and i  it !! [ i had the iBook G4 previous to this new version !! so i'm in the process of loading loads more CDs and photos onto it [ as i ran out of space on my notebook, only had 40GB hard drive, this one has 320GB !! ] i also have an in-built iSight camera which i'm not sure how to use !? how do i 'connect' to someone else with a WEBCAM !? anyone who has one, could you help me out ..... cheers Matthew.

i have now also opened an APPLE email account which is matthew.barton@mac.com [ which is really cool because i can transfer all the photos which i have in iPhotos directly into my email account, which makes it easy to host !! ]

320 Gigs?! That's a lot of teh gai pron there...  how do i 'connect' to someone else with a WEBCAM !?
anyone who has one, could you help me out .... Listen. You hear that? That thundering noise?? That's the Princess stampeding to the nearest CompuHutt to pick up a webcam...!

I'm so jealous! I ordered one the day after they were announced, and I'm still waiting for it!
I'm getting the 24" display and an upgrade to 4 GB of RAM.
I can't wait!!!
I have never used a webcam before, but I think you can use it through iChat, if your Buddies have one also.

Matthew. I wish I knew!  I didn't think it would take so long, but I guess everything takes longer to get to Canada. I think the 20" is a great looking machine, but since my computer is my livelihood, I figured it was worth it to go for the 24".
