That guy who plays the older brother on Oliver Beene. He recently played a blind highschool wrestler in a movie on the Disney network. The ad for it was on the back of some comics recently.

Anna Paquin- She seems like an all-around great girl and it doesn't hurt she's majorly cute. Just one of the reasons I'd really want a part in the 3rd X-Men movie. I guess I really need to start working out to get a lean build & learn to speak French.
Allison Hannigan- Best known as Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She's married to Alexis Denisof who played Wesley from Angel. I wish them the best but if it doesn't work out maybe she can go for a younger guy.
Holly Marie Combs- She plays the often sarcastic oldest sister Piper on Charmed.
Allison Mack- She playes the spunky teen reporter Chloe on Smallville.
Melissa Joan Hart- This is probably the crush I've had the longest. liked her since Clarissa Explains It All.
Ming-Na- Best known as Dr. Jing-Mei 'Deb' Chen from ER.
Amy Acker- She played Winifred 'Fred' Burkle & Illyria on Angel.

I agree that Rose Byrne left me floored with Troy. She was the female lead that stole the show, and I'm a big fan now!
Other hotties that I can't get enough of are Brittney Murphy, Katie Holmes, Kate Beckinsdale (although most of her movies aren't for me) and definately Uma Thurman after the Kill Bills.
