Trailer out for Resident Evil: Afterlife. I don't know about anyone else, but I love these movies. I never played the games, so I do not care one bit about them not staying true to anything. They are fun movies, and this one looks to be a hoot as well.

I love the Resident Evil movies also, but the third one was awful.

OK, 1 zombie film was enough... time for something a little more lighthearted... oh, look-- King of the Hill Season 10! Instant watch queue!

'Kay, ya'll hold down the fort, this is gonna take awhile to watch!

Now, on to episode 6... (still haven't slept)

is that Day, the movie that has the blonde from American Beauty, covered in rose pedals. If so, i thought that movie was just awful.

ZOMBIE MADNESS on NETFLIX!

The remake of DAY OF THE DEAD was not as good as the remakes of NIGHT OF and DAWN OF, but was still a fun zombie romp, full of action and some very scary moments!

Despite its campy title, BOY EATS GIRL is pretty good. It's also a bit different in that is uses a voodoo zombie and not some myserious plague to start the outbreak.

I'd already read the info about DEADGIRL and was considering watching it. Now I will for sure.

Oh dear... but now I've come across CREATURES FROM THE PINK LAGOON, an all-gay zombie movie.

And OTTO sounds really good.

DEADGIRL is gone from the instant list! Damn NETFLIX! I hear they do a lot of moving around of movies, taking them off the instant lists at any time. I'll watch for it to show back up.

They also removed the KING OF THE HILL seasons from the instant list and I was having a lot of fun with those.

It was that one. I thought it was fun, not great.

I did not get 15 minutes into CREATURES FROM THE PINK LAGOON before turning it off.

The new Day of the Dead was very hard to watch. Didn't make it through...made it to the point where the mom got hit by the car...

Get The Haunted World of El Superbeasto...

It's an animated flick by Rob Zombie, the only movie by him I'll EVER like. It's risque, raunchy, nasty, and gotdang hilarious.

Anyone seen Romero's latest: Survival of the Dead?

I'm not hearing good things, but it's still part of his series, so I'm stoked.

I *want* to see SotD, but it isn't playing here.

OTTO was a bit to avante-guard and artsy for my taste and the thick accents were extremely difficult for me to understand. I *might* have watched longer if it had captions, but probably not THAT much longer.

ZOMBIES ANONYMOUS: Very low-budget but not BAD low-budget... it actually has great themes that deserve big-budget treatment...

In this movie, once the zombie plague or whatever happens, when you die you come back... not as a monster but as pretty much yourself... only dead. Awesome prejudice themes and ideas presented here... I'm kinda impressed so far.

30 minutes in... it just keeps getting better... ZOMBIES ANONYMOUS might become my favorite zombie flick yet... let's see how this plays out...

renting Undead at the moment. just watched Slither ... was ok, some parts were funny.

Meanwhile, Zombies Anonymous has taken the pratfall of many low-budget movies... it's taken a great premise no one has thought of before, gone about an hour riding that premise to near-indie-flick-nirvana...

then taken a wrong turn into total ridonkulousness.

Gotta see it through though...

Final Verdict: Despite some overacting and some amatuer acting and a detour into ridonkulousness, ZOMBIES ANONYMOUS does deserve a view from any fan of the zombie genre looking for something different.
