I'm flip-flopping.

I've decided that Casaya's honesty with each other about what's bugging them tonight was rather refreshing. And Cirie has totally grown on me. I'm still repulsed by Shane's "swear on my kid" shtick, though. And I like how the gals have decided to step up and start running things!

That said, I'm still glad LaMina ended their losing streak with the immunity challenge. I felt sorry for the Splatters Brothers (Nick & Austn)!

Casya has to be the most disfunctional/fuctional tribe ever. They hate each other but then work well togethere. Cirie is great. And Aras is getting hotter. Way hotter.

What a great twist with the challenge and whoever got to go to Exile Island was safe from immunity. I love Sally and I am glad that she is safe.

The minute Casaya won the challenge, I knew they would send Sally to Exile Island. They saw her as the weakest member of the other tribe, and the probably knew about the "boy's club" thing, so it would force LaMina to take out one of their own. That would only make Casaya even stronger by comparison when the eventual merge happens.

They've got to get rid of Shane...that or let one of the challenge rewards be a carton of smokes. He's being a $#^$^#* to everyone because he's in nicotine withdrawal. Once he had that cigarette during their victory BBQ he was all buddy-buddy with everyone and apologizing. It took the edge off. Now he'll kill for another smoke!

This is the weirdest Survivor I've ever watched.

Not that that's a bad thing, I'm enjoying it.

What if Shane is just playing everyone? This crazyboy routine where he sprouts off and pisses everyone off and then comes back, tail between his legs and all sorries. What if the noctine withdrawl and his son are all pretend?

Jeff did say that he saw one person play the game in a totally different way then he could have ever imagine.

Shane is a whack job. He's playing the game, but I don't think he's playing insane.

Dan's been a weak link for La Mina from the beginning. He's not been a physical guy, and he's never proven himself in the guile or wits department. He's a good man, but he's nto a contender in this game. I think La Mina is far stronger now than had they stayed the "boy's club."

Despite that strength, Casaya has a good chance of knocking them out. For some reason this tribe holds together when they need to. I hope they shatter after the merge, but something tells me they don't.

So, did the 3-weeks-long break kill interest in this?

Last week, I was sad to see whats-his-name go, and Shane's arrogance was really annoying.

This week, I can't beLIEVE Terry didn't save Austin-- it appeared that Bruce changed sides (based on his vote) but Danielle didn't. I thought Aras was a goner for sure.

I love how Cirie has just quietly stayed in the game-- it's those players that end up winning, like Danni last year!

Hmmmm-- next week, Terry's arrogance wears everyone out-- that should be interesting-- he better keep winning immunity because that idol is NO gauranee of taking the whole game.

I will never understand these people! Every year they get hung up on the final six, then the final four.

And Terry let his man get the boot?! He could have saved Austin, let Aras (a threat for immunity) go, and even out his numbers more.

Sorry Lash, but Cirie and her ilk bug me. I hate when they win the game.

I'm with CJ. Cirie bugs me to no end and I want to slap her just for her facial expressions alone. This is the one season where there really has been no clear favorite for me. If I had to pick one pony to bet on, it would be Terry. The others just seem worthless to me, Shane more so than the rest.

ah... so Terry still dominates the game by winning the immunity and keeping another immunity...what goes around comes around.

I'm not sure Terry should have been telling everyone he had the extra immunity idol. I know he thought it could give LaMina the driver's seat, but I'm not sure it's a card to play halfway through the game...

It's one thing to try and convince others "yeah I have the idol" because they may think you're bluffing, but to actually show it to one of the former Casaya tribe, you remove all doubt and they'll call you out on it.

Actually, didn't Bruce vote for Austin? They showed him writing the "A".

Terry's an idiot, the time to have used the idol was last week. He should have let Nick win the immunity challenge, then when Casaya voted for him, he could have pulled out the idol and sent Shane's skanky ass on home. They would have had a better chance of turning the tide with Shane out of the picture and not on the jury.

You're absolutely right BWB. That would have been Terry's best chance of shaking things up a bit! smile

Two weeks in a row now, Terry has had the chance to really shake the game. And he doesn't?! What's his plan for the final four- go there with three Casaya members and suddenly win their admiration? That's when the most backstabbing is done.

I watch five hours of television each week. LOST, CSI, WEST WING, The Daily Show/Colbert Report, and Survivor. Most people sit infront of the boob tube and unwind or relax. I'm telling ya all it does it get me worked up.

Actually I'm thinking now the game might be Danielle's to win or lose. She knows Terry has the idol, she stays mum about it, Terry finally loses an immunity challenge, he gets voted out, thus is forced to use the idol, in the process eliminating one of Danielle's biggest threats w/in her tribe (probably Shane or Aras) since he'll be the next highest vote getter (based on Terry and Sally's votes). Terry's ace in the hole is forced to be used, and thus becomes the sitting target for the following week, with Casaya weaker.

Though if Terry tells the Casaya men that he's got the ideal, it may shake them enough to change their voting tactics and target one of their own women because they'll be too afraid to vote for Terry because they know he'll use the idol.

So there's still some shaking up that can be done, I'm don't think Terry is intelligent enough, based on his sitting on things far too long as it is, to come up with an strategic plan that will work. He's playing it too much week to week.

Alright, if anyone is still watching this show, just tell me now. Does that a$$hole Shane make it yet another week? If I have to endure his bullshite one more time I'm turning this show off.

Yeah he is but Shane is playing everyone by playing the emtional wildcard/wild child.

I am getting tired of Terry and is attitude. Does he really think that he would win if he made it to the final two? Everyone hates him. He's trying to play the Tom card but Tom was humble. He never gloated openly to everyone. Terry is not. Get Terry out of there.

Aras is looking better all the time. He's not as arrogant as Shane or Terry. And he's not as annoying as Courtney.

It looks like Danielle or Cirie could win this. I'm all for Danielle, she's played the game. Cirie shouldn't even be in the jury- she's been coattailing since day one.

I think it's safe to say Shane is one fo those guys Jeff mentioned. If he's playing the psycho game (and I'm not so sure he isn't spinning it) it is certainly most unusual.

I didn't know Shane was an actor and holds a SAG card. He's appeared on a number of shows, including 3rd Rock from the Sun. That just doesn't seem right to allow him on the show. But that's just me.

Terry is still dominant and I have to say, for me, he's the best one. He's who I've been backing. But after tonight the 'curse' may do him in.
