If it was Wally I might care. But Lost is on and that show is so much better than Smallville right now. I'll just wait for the DVDs.
What about Pinaccle? We haven't played there in a while. I'd like to dust of Mr. Bones one of these days.

For what it's worth, I think we should play Virtue Legion tonight. Grev just got his cape late last night and really hasn't had a chance to show it off nor enjoy it (and it is fun! )

Virtue is fine with me. But no TFs. I don't know that I can commit to that much time.

Pinnacle is fine by me. I miss playing Junior. And none of you have met Al Pratt.

Hey, guys. I just wanted to say one more time that everyone did great tonight, and that I really think we're turning into an effective team of heroes.
As for doing the TF, I'm not sure yet. I have no doubts that we're capable of laying the smack down on the Clockwork King, but if we're going to do it in two teams then one team will have to wait until Doc gets done moving ... and that will be another 2 weeks. Doc's a member of the team and he deseves the right to be on a TF just as much as the rest of us do, and a lot of us will probably level out of being able to do the TF again after we complete it once: Given how close we are, it's very likely that Andrew, Condo, Grev, Mysa, and Pete will only be able to do it once ...

What's the max level? I thought it was 21 which means Condo is already there.
Thanks for the help tonight, everyone (especially Blue after everyone left) in getting Garth to 17. He's now, officially, my highest level character. Slotted his last spot in his snipe and added one to his flight then spent about 75K on 20th lvl DO damages. He'll be packing a wallop for a bit now.

Congrats! Got to say, Garth has really been getting powerful recently. (BTW, did you see that one of the changes in the most recent update was an increase in dmage for electric fence?)
21 is the max level for Synapse so we really need to decide if he is going to be used in the TF or not. I don't want to put him on the shelf for 2-3 weeks like last time if we're not going to use him in the mission.

Since Condo's already 21, I think a team can go ahead and do it once this weekend for Condo. It's a shorter TF, so I doubt Grev would level out of it in one shot. And if you don't play her too much, you could come back and play it again with Mysa if you wanted. Also, by the time Doc gets back, the Exemplar TF bug is bound to be fixed, so Condo can always exemplar back into it if you want to run him again with Doc. I think living with debt will be an almost constant thing now, so exemplaring into a TF could come in handy. (And if you're lucky enough not to have debt, the influence you earn will be good for those 25 SOs you'll be able to buy and use at 22.)

I agree that I think Condo is the only one that needs to worry about leveling out of the TF. With the xp needed at these levels to move up, I doubt any of the others need to be worried. Heck, Condo needs 36000 to reach 22! I doubt even the Synapse TF is going to gain him that much.

No problem, buddy. 8-)
I thought that Gungnir was almost 18, so he'd be tied with Garth. 8-)
Whether or not we should use Condo is going to depend on whether or not we want to do the TFs simulanteously or not. Blue did the Synapse one a long time ago, and from what I remember it was a lot shorter than the average time for the Positron one. If we can't get it finished in one night, we might be able to get it finished in a couple.
So what does everyone want to do? Do we want to go ahead and do both TFs at different times?
We might also start working on getting the Infinity Legion ready for the Positron TF. I don't want to try that one until Star is 16 and has mutate.

And in regards to Triumph Night ... we're thinking Friday at 8:30 Central, right?

Something else else else we could do this weekend or next Wednesday is the Cavern of Transcendence Trial (the Hollows Trial).
It's not very long unless you want to clear the cavern out (which is not required) but it does require a full team of 8 because you have to trigger 8 obelisks at the same time (sort of like that one bomb mission in the sewers we did).
Condo did this with a pick up group a couple of weeks ago and it was kind of neat. Of course, he has yet to receive his badge for it although they claim that this was a bug that was fixed in the last patch.

That was a great game last night, thanks everyone. Worked on Querl after Lost (I do need a TiVo, except that Lost is so much better in HD.) and got him to level 12, so he's got three blast powers now. I'm thinking he'll take teleport at 14 (so that he can run past everyone using personal FF, find the boss and teleport the team there when we do Pos), flight at 16, force blast at 18 (Yesterday Girl really likes it's high knockdown rate, it's very useful) and dispersion bubble at 20. Boy, it seems pretty crazy to be looking so far in advance. So much I want so far away... I dunno, it seems off to put off dispersion bubble for so long... In other words you go to a specific contact (The mage contact in the Hollows - Tashket?) to get this mission. He determines whether or not you have a suitable team. If you do then he gives you the mission. At least that's what I thought took place. The team leader was recruiting members for the team just like they do for Postron or Synapse.

The team leader was recruiting members for the team just like they do for Postron or Synapse. Prism has the secondary contacts (Julius and Flux) for the Hollows, so, if the Cavern is quick we could try running through the whole cycle. Perhaps we could play some of the missions in that mercinary TF style where we try to rush to just do the required part.

Andrew found out that he was too high to get anything from Juliuis or the Mystic, so we might have to use the Infinity team to do this mish.

Hey, guys. Sorry for quitting on everyone so soon last night. I don't want to use Pete, because I'm worrying about him leveling out of the Synapse TF. I used Silver Slasher but she was pretty much useless against the enemeis we faced. After getting disconnected the first time, I didn't want to put everybody else through the hassle of waiting for me to get back on for a character that was basically leaching XP off of everyone else's work. So that's why I decided to quit and solo Blok for awhile. As it turned out, I never got disconnected again the whole night! Oh well.
I can try to get on Triumph Friday night, but weekends are always so spur-of-the-moment for me, so I'm not sure. Again, look for Terra's Fury. What other Triumph chars should I be looking for?

Grem is interested in playing as well, but she's working on Friday. Would Saturday be better? If we do it on Friday, I may need to duck out for a little bit at least because Blue's SG is having a team meeting and the team leader asked me to try to attend.
Pete, look for Blue Battlette or AlmightyGremlyn when you log onto Triumph. Those will be the two I'm most likely to play.
And have you noticed that disconnects seem to happen more frequently the larger your team is? At least I seem to have that problem ...

Side grumble... it turned out the pain I was going thru last night was all about my [krunk]ing anti-virus running in the background. Soon as I got the window telling me the scan was done, my game was back to normal.

I would have liked to play this game. Actually, I did play it briefly as Starboy. The problem was that my graphics card wasn't up to specs (even though the listed system specs say it is) and all I ever saw were shadowy characters. Not liking that, I had to end my subscription and put Starboy to rest.

I actually wound up upgrading Caroline's computer so she could play. It does require some pretty updated cards but its been worth it.
Soloed with Garth for a couple of hours tonight in Steel and managed to get him 4 1/2 bubbles towards 18.
Oh, and Blue? I checked. Gungnir is still only a 16. So Garth is my highest level by one level.
