The 15th might be doable for us but I don't know about getting Garth up any more levels. He just barely hit 12 and I don't foresee being able to get two more by then.

The move is finished! The new computer has arrived!!! Now I just need to get the DSL going and I'm all set. I think I might be able to play on the 15th. We'll wait and see. Can't wait to join all you guys in the comfort of my very own home with my very own computer!!

After a great day running around with Vee and another friend of mine who may be joining these boards now, I ate dinner and went back looking for Vee. I guess his computer was having problems again (happened for a while earlier) or we just kept missing each other as we wandered from server to server looking.

I got a bit tired of that and stopped on Infinity to create a new character, Princess P. She's an illusion controller, natch. I was partially inspired by my friend, who was playing an illusion controller named Prism Lord, plus I had been thinking about her for a while. Here she is. (I'll definitely have to get her to 20 so she can have her pink cape!) I know she didn't have shorts as a bottom, but the bikini options in the game just looked obscene.




So look for us. I'll probably play her more than Gim. I like Spectral Wounds!

I did continue to have proble,s for a while with my connection but eventually did get back on. Sorry I couldn't track you down. Ended up on Pinnacle late last night also but with a new char as well, "The Demon Angel" for the Buffy gang Caroline & Thomas wanted to do. We had fun playing "celebrities" and meeting our adoring fans!

I hope Prism Lad does decide to join here, he was a lot of fun. And maybe he'll go ahead and create some Legionnaires for our various groups as well. Always great to meet another true Legion Fan (when someone's fav is Color Kid, you know they're a REAL fan! )

Yep, Prism Lord is me. I had fun playing with you two, SS and Vee. Prism Lord is one of my maaaaany chars.

I've got a char on most servers, except for Justice which seems to be the busiest (only one I see hit three dots every night). I'm creating a webpage with pix (and, eventually, profiles) of most of 'em but here's the list:

Mr Brazil is part of a supergroup of internationally themed heroes. Everyone is Mr/Ms country. I'm way behind everyone else on that SG, since, as much as I play, I end up splitting my time over several chars.

Prism Lord is my out-and-proud char, done in a rainbow theme. Vee helped me find the coustume outlet in Steel to add a big pink triangle to the costume, to

Overall, I find my playstyle tends to prefer defenders and controllers to dammage archetypes. Those give me a feeling like I'm playing with the big picture, trying to keep track of what the team needs and how to deal with it. I like my scrappers but I get frustrated when I can't keep track of a mob and, I turn around and realize that I've wasted time fighting a thug while a boss has been dealing us a ton of dammage. (I've gotten grumpy with teammate scrappers for the same a couple times.)

Anyway, look forward to teaming with some of you in Paragon City.

Now we need to get Prism Lord up high enough in level so that you can join us for the Task Force mission we're trying to put together for this coming Sunday. (I think you need to be lvl 11 as a minimum to get into the mission but Seymour knows more than I do)

Most of us have heroes scattered on various serves just like you. I think almost all of them are listed on this thread so look for us on any server.

We do have Legion based groups on Virtue (Legionnaires of Virtue) and Protector (Legion of Super Protectors) and are starting an Adventure era group on Inifinity which Querl Dox could join (no name yet since none of us is high enough in level ~ although another new poster here, UltraStar thinks he can get on set up for us)

We ususally have Legion nights on Virtue every Wednesday for which everyone tries to be on with their hero around 8:30-9:00 PM. Those are always a blast!

Anyway, I'm really glad you decided to join us here and look forward to interacting with you more here and with Prism and your other heroes on CoH.

I actually created Querl on infinity for the Adventure group. I've been wanting to play with the FF defender, based on what I heard about the potential of FF and I realized that Brainy was a good excuse for that.

Queen Amy I created in a homage mood. I was thinking she'd be fun to play with other Legion chars, which is why I created her on Infinity, but then I forgot that Inifinity is Adventure era Legionnaires. (Too bad you can't create a Life Lass char.) I should re-create her on Protector... hopefully my originally intended name, Lady Amethyst, isn't taken. (I still can't believe that Princess Amethyst is too long for the game.)

I think I'm going to put some focus on Prism Lord... partly to TF with you guys but also because I've been hearing that the illusionist is a fun powerset that I need to play with (along with FF).

I'll try to join everyone on Virtue Wednesday... is 8:30 EST? I'll have to be late for that, I don't get home until after 9 and then there's greeting-boyfriend time, but I'll try to be there.

I can't wait to see your Amethyst character wherever she winds up. She's another favorite of mine.

I'd definitely like to take an illusion controller far in the game. I've heard Phantom Army is way cool to see in action. Hopefully I can do that with Princess P, though I'd really like to take Shadow Lad far just so I can see what's out there. My partner's character is almost level 30, so I pop in now and then to see what cool things he's fighting.

It is 8:30 EST. Hopefully, you can make it on when one of the Founder-rank characters from Legionnaires of Virtue is on so you can join the supergroup. I originally envisioned it as Legion fans and Legion-inspired characters, but the Legion-inspired have been so fun, almost all the members are that way. But you're still welcome to join in.

For the task force, it looks like if you can make it to level 10 (not an easy task -- maybe you could have your boyfriend play him while he's waiting for you to get home ) by Sunday, you can join us. Someone will be glad to SK you. But just SKing you isn't enough to get on a TF mission. We had thought the lowest you could join was 11, but I think it's actually 10.

I'll definitely be on just about every night this week making sure that I get Mysa up to lvl 15. She's already more than half-way there so I should be able to do so.

My Cosmic Rokk is one of the Founders so if you see Mysa on, send me a tell and I'll switch to Rokk in order to induct you in the SuperGroup then switch back to Mysa.

I was thinking of you, natch, when creating my Amy character... actually I did wonder if you were the one who reserved Lady Amethyst on Infinity.

I think I can get Prism Lord up to ten by Sunday. Since it's Sunday, I can probably get some good movement on Satuday... I got almost two levels Saturday.

Tho' last night was about getting each of my tanks up a lvl... I'm kinda liking the powertype tho I hear it stops being fun at the higher levels.

Also, thanks go out to UltraStar (one of our newest members here on LW) who used two of his heroes on Infinity to create a SuperGroup for our Adventure era Legionnaires. So we now have our SG in place. It's named Legion of Super Friends and currently has UltarStar's Wildfire-X and my Cos as members. Next time we're on Infinity, we'll get the rest of you signed up.
