Personally, I'd rather see Jack go nutso and become their greatest threat smile

I'd be surprised if it didn't become a common lotto pick.

I don't usually watch the repeats of this show, but "Smallville" is a repeat as well so I'm watching the show where the gang hunts Ethan in the forest (Jack's second flashback).

Boone is wearing a shirt with chinese characters - numbers to be exact. They are:
8 10 4 (or 8 and 14). Not quite following the pattern. Hmm....

And I think Kate said she and her dad hunted dear for 8 hours...

From the Sci-Fi channel's blog :

Quote
Producers of ABC's hit Lost confirmed spoilers for the show's upcoming season-ending episodes in a talk with fans attending a Museum of Television and Radio session in Hollywood, Calif., according to The Hollywood Reporter. One of the show's regular characters will die by the end of the season, and the season finale in May will start with a one-hour episode and conclude with a 90-minute installment. The final half-hour will air without commercials, the trade paper reported.

Series creator J.J. Abrams and his fellow executive producers Bryan Burk and Carlton Cuse appeared with nine cast members at the museum's William S. Paley Television Festival panel at the Directors Guild of America theater on March 12, the trade paper reported.

Barring a major red herring the "who's going to die" sweepstakes seems to have gotten pretty well narrowed down.

Anytime Kevin Tighe plays a dad on TV, let his child beware! I still haven't forgiven him for being such a hard-*ss on "Freaks & Geeks!"

That was as strange an episode of TV as I might have ever seen. I sure would like to have some of these loose ends wrapped up BEFORE moving on to a new mystery (like maybe we figure out what the polar bear's doing before we open a new "what's going on with Locke's legs" issue)...I'm feeling a little plot line fatigue. Still great TV, however. Here's hoping no one tells Charlie about the giant load of heroin in the forest.

That planeload of smack was part of my rationale in arguing against Charlie dying. A friend of mine is convinced Boone is not the true victim and keeps arguing for Charlie, but I think that the H is indicitive of future Charlie stories.
