I have a few LSH based characters my self:
Guardian:
Mon-el (invuln/strength tank)
Wildfyr (energy blaster)
Lyghtning Lad (lightning blaster)
Blokk (invuln/strength tank)
Timber Wulf (claws/regen scrapper)
Infinity:

(actually got the costume right this time) - except I did him as an Energy blaster rather than fire...doesn't quite look right...may reroll the one on Guardian and see how it comes out.
I will have to dig out some of my old Who's Who in the LSH to see who I can rip off...err...use as inspiration next. Of course when City of Villains comes out, I will be attempting to do the Fatal Five! (Mano and Persuader should be easy, the others not so...Validus will be impossible)
Old enough to remember when Validus killed Invisible Kid, but young enough to enjoy re-reading every story in the 25 years of LSH comics I own!

Good to see another CoH junkie here on Legion World. You should definitely think about doing someone over on Virtue since that's our main Legion group but we also have a Legion SG on Protector and on Infinity. The Infinity SG (Legion of Super Friends) is Adventure era based. Look forward to having you join us soon. By the way, if you look back on the other CoH thread on one of the earlier pages (around 18 I think) I posted pics of a version of Validus I did which came out pretty good. Both Scott & I have also done versions of the Emerald Empress. We're also planning on resurrecting them for CoV.

Can't believe I've never done this, even thoug I've read all of you guys's. Pinnacle Mechanex - lvl 5 Tech Blaster - where I realized that I do not like the assault rifle/tactics combo MI Wolverine - lvl 1 Natural Scrapper - I wanted him to be based on the U of M Wolverines so I gave him claws and a maize and blue uniform. Then I realized that he would always be seen as Marvel Wolverine clone and gave up on him. J. Thunderbolt - lvl 2 Magic Defender - complete in all purple! Johnny T. - lvl 3 Magic Defender - wish I could get bow ties in the game, then he'd be perfect. Triumph Terra's Fury - lvl 11 Magic earth/storm Controller - I LOVE everything about this guy - the powers, the costume, even his origin story. Problem is that Controllers are worthless to solo and my crashing problems don't exactly lend itself to find many long-term friends (present company excluded, of course!) Soul Spectre - lvl 6 Magic Scrapper - Goth looking char I don't care much for. Liberty Robotomech - lvl 1 Tech Tanker - sweet look; dumb name; powers that don't match the robot mode at all (stone armor/control) Dr. Jack - lvl 5 Tech Defender - fun char based on Jack Kevorkian. Looks like a scary old man. I might drag him out sometime. Garth Tempest - lvl 2 Magic ice/storm Controller - part of our ill-conceived plan to start a Titans group the same day as the big invasion. Protector Super Lad Kid - lvl 10 Science energy/energy blaster - my first char so everything about him's a bit rough around the edges. Champion Holy Inquisitor - lvl 3 Natural Scrapper - one of my first chars. He has a pretty cool costume. Silver Sparkle - lvl 1 Mutation Controller - an attempt of myself and my friend to create a heroine with as little clothing as possible. I was too embarrased to take it out in public. Angela Cinders - lvl2 Magic Blaster - a creation of my friend's just sitting there doing nothing. Socrates - lvl 3 Natural Tanker - I honestly don't remember making this guy. Must have been part of my flurry of activity when I first bought the game. Guardian Stalag Mite - lvl 2 Natural stone/stone Tanker - a cute little girl with rock powers that will never be played again. Infinity Dragon Ohm - lvl 4 Mutant electric Blaster - A Chinese guy in a suit. And that's about it. Lord Akafis IV - lvl 3 Natural Scrapper - A sweet looking knight but with an axe. I've already got my hands full with a couple of scrappers, so this guy won't be seeing too much action. Brek Bannin - lvl 11 Natural ice/ice Blaster - part of the Legion of Super Friends. Haven't really used him in awhile. Victory Mini Mite - lvl 12 Natural Tanker - Another cute little girl with super strength. Must have had Powerpuff Girls on my mind when I ran this char. Freedom Dr. Psyke - lvl 11 Magic Defender - another char I ran with for a long time and then dropped. Justice Rhetta Cross - lvl 11 Mutant empathy/psychic Defender - One of the few non-Legion chars I try to play on a regular basis. I just joined an SG but can't for the life of me remember what it's called. Hey Vee I noticed you have a "cross" char on the Justice server, too. Maybe we should team up? Anyway this is my "hot nurse" who really just has one psychic attack power. All the rest of her focus is on healing. Makes for a uniqe playing experience. Virtue Rose Thorne - lvl 4 Natural Defender - one of my early throwaway chars. She looks pretty cool, though. Prince Evillo - lvl 2 Magic fire/fire Blaster - My first attempt at a Legion character and this was before I even knew you guys were on here. Looks like a spawn of Satan. Porcupine Pete - lvl 17 Mutation spines/regeneration Scrapper - by far my favorite to play, though things are quickly getting tougher for ole' Pete. Silver Slasher - lvl 14 Tech claws/reflexes Scrapper - created when I wenth through a funk with Pete. I really want to play her more, but sometimes Scrappers can be a bit of a burden. Chief Zendak - lvl 5 Tech Blaster - When I saw someone had made a Gig Cusinamo, I thought I would add a partner. Then I remembered I HATE the assault rifle/tactics powerset. And that's why you never see him. Radiation Roy - lvl 10 Tech radiation/radiation (duh!) Blaster - Not sure why I felt the need to make him. Guess I just couldnt' stant the thought of a radiation power without Roy being represented. Surprisingly smooth sailing soloing so far. Blok - lvl 7 Natural Super Strength/Invulnerability Tanker - I love the look of the guy, but I can tell he's going to be tough to use on a solo basis. I'm looking forward to the day when he can be of use to the group. And that's that! Twenty-eight characters in all, many of whom never lasted more than an hour or two. The only one's you'll ever see are the Legion chars, Rhetta Cross, Terra's Fury and probably the Thunderbolts. Anyone see the Simpson's episode with the Comic Book Guy? The scene goes something like this - CBG: (walking down street reading comic book) "But Aquaman, you cannot marry her! She has no gills. You are from different worlds!" (looks up to see a nuclear missle <or asteroid, can't remember what exactly> bearing straight for him) "Oh, how I've wasted my life." That's definielty how I feel playing so much of this game. On the plus side, I can tell people that I don't watch TV at all anymore and sound like I have more important thins to do.

UBB is limited in its HTML functions. Basically has to be kept that way to keep the board safe and operating. I am unaware of any way to allow table functions outside of HTML. The best thing I can think of is to create a page in HTML and just link to it. I'd be happy to host it if you don't have a place.

And I had a request ... Do any of you have winged characters? Or interact with them? If so, I'd like to see some samples of how the art for them appears in the game.
I'd be likely to deploy winged folk -- maybe a platoon of my clan from Starhaven -- if I took up this game. I'm curious as to how wings show up in character interactions. Do they end up getting pseudo-animated?
Screen captures of any size as JPEGs would do nicely, but if you have a winged character yourself and can do a larger or more detailed reference image, I'd love to see it. Please e-mail them to me at the (restored) link above. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately wings are not an option yet. We've only had the ability to get capes for a couple of months. There are some visual aspects of how wings should work that NCSoft is still working out. Hopefully they'll be available in an upcoming patch.
