Stuffed pasta shells sound DIVINE!
I was so tired and not feeling good when I got off work today, I just went through the Krystals drive-through. *bleah*
Now I want stuffed pasta shells.

That was my lunch. Stuffed with spinach and a blend of cheeses and whatnot. Dinner was half a bagel with garlic hummus and a bowl of Special K in Soy Milk. What can I tell you?

Coincidentally, I tried fried pickles when I was visiting another LMBPer, Beagz!
My major regret in life so far is that I haven't tried a deep fried Mars bars, even though I've had several opportunities.

Today for lunch, I'm having leftovers:
White rice Steamed Broccoli and Marinated Tempeh
mmmm-mmmmmmmmm
For dessert, I'm gonna have one of my blackberry corn muffins.
Then I think I'll need a nap.

I guess some things just don't change.
I did have a McChicken sandwich and McValue fries for the beer to wash down, though...

I'm not much of a McDonald's guy, but those things are outrageously good...

I've been eating Kashi Go Lean! Crunch cereal for awhile now--multigrain, high-fiber, no hydrogenated oils-- but now I've found they make COOKIES! Kashi TLC (tasty little cookies) brand cookies are great, and my new addiction.

Last night I made a ragout of red onions, fennel, zucchini, tomatoes -2 varieties, basil and parsley (all from my garden) plus, red & yellow peppers, garlic, canellini beans, and veggie sausage. Poured it over brown rice and topped it with Parmesan. It was particularly good if I do say so myself and I will be eating it for lunch today as well.
I've been trying to make up new recipes to deal with all the produce I'm getting out of my garden. If anybody has any suggestions about what to do with about 5 pounds of Swiss Chard, I'm willing to listen.
For breakfast I had Greek style yogurt with fresh blueberries and my co-worker brought me a blueberry corn muffin. I'm full of antioxidants now, which is good because I had a little too much to drink last night.
Is that a moon?

I just had one of the best meals ever. The cafe at work had a special. Barbeque chicken sandwich, potato salad, coleslaw, and a cup of potato, bacon, cheese, scallions soup.
OMG I am full. The chef is a young swedish guy.(yes the swedish chef...but he's just a really cool guy). I'm impressed with his american classics! Usually he makes fusion/modern funky stuff (which I love as well).

I just had peach ice cream from a local mom-and-pop creamery. They make the best seasonal flavors from local ingredients -- the peaches were harvested from a local peach orchard, I'm told.

I just had a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. Factoring in the fiber, it's just one Point on Weight Watchers!

Rocky,
I wouldn't mind one of those 100 calorie bags but I haven't been able to find them without butter...
