Hold on a second cutie, this will only take a moment! I promise I'll be right back! What am I eating? You guys ask the darndest things at the darndest times! But I really shouldn't say in polite company. Let's just put it this way, tonight at least, Italian is my meal of choice!
"Hey Jim! Get Mon out of the Zone!! And...when do we get Condo back?"

"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" indeed!
I'm about to have a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle from McDonald's (it's probably kinda cold, since it's been sitting in a bag on the kitchen counter for a while now). McGriddles are kinda tasty, although I think I'd usually choose a biscuit sandwich instead 70% of the time when given the choice.

I'm not 100% sure what I'm having today... but at SOME point while here, I'm making ELFO SPECIAL.
What is Elfo Special you ask? Well, I'm glad you asked.
Elfo Special comes from Memphis-based Italian Restaurant overlord GRISANTI'S family recipes.
You take your angel hair, see? You sautee your mushrooms, see? You sautee your shrimp, see? Then you put the garlic butter, mushrooms and shrimp on your angel hair, see? Then you cram it down your pie-hole as if you haven't eaten in 4 days. MMMMMMM MMMMMM!!

You're in luck... I made enough to feed 3, so there should be plenty for me with a little for you too.

McDougall developed a no-fat vegan diet for degenerative disease, allergies, weight loss - similar to Mirkin/Pritikin/ and a few others I can't remember right now. With a name like mine, you've got to figure I know every diet invented since 1950. Dr. McDougall

I don't know what's for supper, but I'm friggin' starving. I've got to start bringing a lunch or something. mrs. matlock's off to the store after work; we've had nothing in the house but ground beef for weeks. I'm dying for some chicken, or pork chops or pigs feet, anything but ground beef.
Just kidding about the pigs feet, that's just revolting. Feet from a jar, who thought that was a good idea?

Well, I don't know. I'm not a fan of pigs feet but if I were going to have them I'd much prefer they came from a jar instead of from the ground!

Maybe fresh from the meat counter, next to the ox-tails and chitlin's?
Nope, still revolting.

I'm having some rice pudding and a cold, frosty glass of Mountain Dew: Live Wire. In a few minutes I'm going to sample a brownie... [slurp]
