It's almost certainly an illegal copy. A user posting a link to it doesn't create any legal liability involving LW.net, however, as far as I know. Nonetheless, you very well may see it as being ethically dubious.
Other sites have had to generate policy about not linking directly to full copyrighted works that are placed on line. Such items almost always are not being made available in a way that fits one of the copyright-law criteria of "fair use."
(Some full works available on line are entirely kosher, such as the classic public-domain book texts included at Project Gutenberg.)
If such links aren't desired, though, that exclusion ought to also apply to any links to full issues of comics, to be consistent.

Oh Grey thanks for that mention of Project Gutenberg, I'd not heard of it. Great site!

Sorry everybody, I seem to have given the wrong impression with my post. It's not an illegal copy of Spidey 2 but a very clever short film using lego pieces to tell a story of spidey fighting doc ock.

It's OK everybody. I was trying to be clever and sound sneaky, but I really thought the short film was great and wanted to share it. Someone has to tell Greybird, I don't want him thinking me "ethically dubious."
