Milla is on there at No. 56... you may still consider this "jilted". She's the one in the Fifth Element right? I don't know if I'd put her on my list or not.

I just find it funny that so many of these 'women' look like pre-pubescent boys with lemons in their shirt pockets.
I will never understand this current thing so many 'women's clothes' designers have with these ridiculasly(sp?) thin women.
Sorry, but give me a Claudia Cardinale or a Selma Hayek anytime. Marilyn Monroe would be considered FAT by today's standards. Geez, Betty Page would come under the guidelines for obescity by todays government definition for overweight.
The brunette from that show "Yes, Dear", now that is a healthy, beautiful, sexy, attractive woman that actually looks like a woman. She has curves and looks feminine.
I realize that there are all kinds of different looks for women that are sexy. But it seems like if they aren't five ten and anorexic, they don't matter in todays society.
that is truly fucked up. Pardon my language, but this rather assanine list got my dander up.
Damn you, you kids! Get off my lawn or I'm callin' tha cops!

Umm, but what if someone is naturally five ten and thin? Personally I agree there's a problem with this list.
Overlooking Olive Oil is just proof that the politically correct crowd has taken over fashion.

I agree with Rick. I'm tired of the thin or 'heroin chic' look. Give me a woman with some substance anyday.

Audrey is definitely #1... I was sad to see Ingrid Bergman way down at #65, tho.
these lists are all arbitrary, anyway... except for the #1 slot, which they got right.
The childhood friend Exnihil never had.

It was a strange list indeed. I didn't recognize most of the women on it but figured they are currently popular starlets. They certainly missed a lot of the "recognized" beauties of the last 100 years, never mind the further past. Since beauty really is in the eye of the beholder, it gives a glimpse of what a strange and disconnected world the list-makers live in.

Cate Blanchett at #3 is a big surprise -- she's a great actress and certainly good looking, but has never been sold as a "beauty". Hmm... she's #3, Liv Tyler's #2 ... is Peter Jackson in charge of this list or is was it just a bunch of LotR fans?

Y'know, there's probably some guy out there in Hollywood like Jack Nicholson or something looking over this list going, "had her ... had her ... had her...ooh, I should get her ... had her...had her..."

as usual some very classic african american beauties were omitted from this list like: Josephine baker dorithy dandrige leena horn they were and still are stunningly beautiful women who paved the way for the beyonce's the holly berry's, the Iman's etc. but this is typical i guess it goes with what's current and who's the current flavor or whoevers in the public conciousness at the moment.
