Y'know, ever since the release of Season 1, whenever I go in the Virgin Megastore, it's on display as one of their Top 20 selling DVD titles. I'm really glad everyone is discovering the brilliance of SWC.

One more Season and the series will be complete!

At this rate of release, Season 3 might be released in April next year! Something else else to look forward to in 2004!

Povvins, have you watched those SwC tapes yet?

If so, any comments...?

I've waited years to watch the SwC episodes after the first season (which is the only season I saw when I had cable for a brief period) -- I'm definitely in line to get the Season 2 DVD whenever it comes out...

I'm the proud owner of SwC Season 2!!!!

I've watched only the first 2 eps so far and have been pleased (and surprised!) to find that I have never seen either episode before!

The first features a funny guest-appearance by Andy Richter.

The second features Jerri befriending a (totally HOT!) blind guy. By the end of the episode she learns to "never encourage the handicapped".

"Let's all take a few minutes to recover from Jerri's shame."

(or something close to that)

"Oh, the colors, the beige... the brown"

flatmate & i stumbled on this show and couldn't believe it. It was shown briefly on the aus 'ethnic' broadcaster, SBS late at night and then disappeared.

Now thanks to you guys i just went & got the dvds (as well as the Tick) and am pretty bloody stoked.

It could only get better if Good & Evil were available yet.

Any word on when the third and final season will be released?

No, but the second season came with flyer for Upright Citizens Brigade & Whigfield.

Have you seen that? it's the three main cast members and could be fun.

Haven't seen 3rd season & prefer 1st season to 2nd.

It's still great, but they seem much less inclined to just let a joke go, which is why loved first so much. If somethings the least funny there's a tendency to really spell it out.

And Guy died. he was the emotional HEART of the show. couldn't believe it.

re: Season 2, I agree Season 1 is stronger, but Season 2 is still a blast! That 2-part Cult episode just about made me break all my furniture laughing.

favourite from 2 is when Jerri becomes a virgin again. just love jokes like the blackboard diagrams labelled 'hole' & 'pole'.

The show's at it's best when Jerri's 'life-experience' starts sneaking in. I loved that the she broke the cult (tho that song was getting to me well before part 2)

One of the funniest parts of season 1 was when Jellineck & Noblet met at the men's room,
"My wife was murdered"
"That can be painful too."

also loved the fact it was barely mentioned again until the student marriage story.

most disturbing moment was in the first show
"It's street name is glint you just put some on your... lips"
forged some disturbing thoughts about ziplock that day.

I was recently informed that Janeane Garofalo has joined the cast & filming is to begin this month right here in NYC!!!
I'm keeping my eyes peeled for Amy Sedaris!!

AWESOME news!! Jeaneane played that surly counselor in the "Daddy's Dead" episode, I hope she revises that role!

Sounds like this flick is gonna be great! I will actually break my usual no-theatre policy for this one!

Now, if they'd only hurry up and release Season 3...

OMG, Orlando was so poor yet so sexy!!

I find that the poor are WAY sexier than the rich.

When Jerri called him "Poorlando" once, I just about fell off the couch!
