Hmm, how does the bigger Asian robe look with a cape? The first time I saw it (with poor resolution so the pattern didn't show up) I thought the coat covering the legs was rather White Witch-ish.

Mmehhhh...it was okay but I didn't like the way the top fit. Looked like Mysa had something stuffed inside her shirt sitting on top of her breasts. Had a good laugh at what the consider long skirts also. Not a one of them even reaches the knees. At the catholic grammar school I attended anyone wearing those skirts would have been sent home to change becasue they were so SHORT!

Jeez, I haven't posted here in a while...
How's everobody been? Still havin' fun...? Of course you are, CoH is a Fun Machine for Legion fans. Lotsa characters to imitate and lotsa powers to mimmic.
But...
Be careful...
Last month I got my account banned for 3 days and the GM's altered several of my toons across all the servers.
GenericHero-This, Altered costume-That...
I had my 50, Kara Zor-El get all 4 of her costumes deleted but she GOT TO KEEP HER NAME!!!! =) Her other looks were WonderWoman, MaryMarvel, and BatGirl....
Appearantly some villian out there in CoH land saw me change all 4 looks and ratted me out.
SO BE CAREFULL!!!
It seems certain names can't be associated with certain looks and vice versa.
I got to keep her name but she cant look like Supergirl.
They even altered my toon, Smallville I had on Protector but Comet Queen remained untouched.
They almost got rid of my Borg characters but later changed their minds on that.
Luckily, alot of Legion characters aren't well known to the general public so alot of them may remain safe for a while.
I really haven't been using my Legion chars lately (not since a Legionairre showed me how to use the Winter Lords to get Wildfire-X plvled on Infinity....damn, that was awesome...) and I been focusing on my new fire tank and a few Kheldons I have on a few servers but it's definatly nice to see my version of Wildfire is still there unaltered by the powers that be.
Using the Legionairres' alien names (which alot of you do) will probably help in not getting your toon altered but I just wanted you all to be aware of what might happen.
If they GenericHero your toon, you can submit new alternate names for your toon. And if you have a toon you fear may be altered you can email them and request a name change before they do it themselves and later change the look of the toon to suit your needs (sometimes a free trip to Icons....sometimes not).
I keep thinking I should make a squid version of that Legionairre (who's name escapes me) who looked like a slug in a bubble. What the hell was it's name???
Anyway... the other thing I was wondering about was if there was a Global Chat Legion channel yet. I got 2 of my toons in the Conglomerate (Infinity) which is a five super-group alliance that has it's global channel all 5 sg's use showing you what your main toon is along with whatever alt you happen to be using and what lvl it is. That, to me is an awesome concept. It even can be used on alts you have on other servers. This HAS to be used by the Legion (if it already isn't...I haven't scanned all the forums here in a while).
Till next time, my friends from the future...
LONG LIVE THE LEGION!
Go conquer the universe for me...for the god whose image you have carved your own homeworld as a monument.Go... for your master... For Darkseid!

Mike got a nastygram from them a couple weeks ago saying he needed to change his character Kosh, one of the aliens on his favorite TV show, "Babylon 5." They didn't just go in and change it, though. He sent them a copy of the e-mail he got from "B5" creator J. Michael Strasomething himself saying it was OK, but they still said he needs to change it. He hasn't and they haven't yet, so he's gonna keep going. He's had the name on a level 1 character for ages to hold it so he can create a Kheldian, which should be in the next few weeks.
Vee started and LSH channel. He's @Vee. I don't know if he's the only one who can invite you. I'm @SuddenlySeymour. Give us a hollar!

I think I am the only one that can invite to LSH. Let me know what your global chat handle is and I'll send you an invite! Good to hear from you UltraStar. It has been a while since we saw you. I had noticed that someone was renamed Generic Hero 059 on Protector but couldn't figure out who it might be. Guess it was Smallville What are you going to rename him? I think my Legionnaires are fairly safe, for the most part, with a few possible exeptions. But some of my non Legion ones may be in danger. Fortunately, I hardly ever play them so they are unlikely to be seen by anyone. Of course, if someone finds something objectionable with one of my regulars, I may have to deal with a handful of Generics.

Prism has just about unlocked Hess! All I've got left is the talk to Hess mission, which I'm putting off to keep a marker on the guy. So when's a good time? Anyone else want to join us?
I'm also hoping to level up quickly so that I can do the Calvin Scott TF. It's 30-34 and I hear that it's going away due to story reasons in I4.

The TF requires six and we shouldn't go above that due to the mission scaling. The first mission has a ton of Council-ites.
Remind me to use Rad Infection. I often forget, I now have the END for it.
Saturday's okay for me, but I should start by noon. I've got a dinner to make that's rather multi-layered...

Turns out I need to start kind of early too -- noon EST would be better for me, but I can probably do noon PST if necessary.
What's the minimum level, or is this one where people can SK into it?

Hey again Legionairres...
I already sent in-game emails to a few of you on this bind but here it is so anyone else who is on the LSH channel can try it out.
Basicly it will show your CoH name along with the level and name of any other character you happen to be playing at the time.
/bind (any key you chose) "show chat$$beginchat /send LSH [Lvl$level:$name] "
The (any key you chose) part is NOT in brackets but there is a space before and after the key you chose. There is also a space in before the /send and before and after the [square brackets].
Hit the assigned key and any Legionairre online will see who you are playing and what level you're at.
See'ya out there...

Hey all, Just wanted to send out a thanks to Vee and Lyle for the fun time the other night. I had a great time finally playing with some fellow Legion Worlders. Wild Drake is very close to leveling thanks to them. I'm gonna make a serious effort to get to the Thursday legion night starting next week (this week I'm doing auditions for the play I'm directing this summer).

That was fun DL, thanks, too for help in clearing that Hollows mish. I wonder if the devs realize the problems with that zone. I remember Yesterday Girl gained 2 levels in a pre-Atta Troll mission... I don't see how you can team and still make that cap.

I've never had a char make it through all the contacts before outleveling the zone. Unless you go to the Hollows and just stay there I'm not sure you can.

Thanks! I'm feeling the rush to level... a strange compulsion to reach level 32.
I'll stay under 31 until this weekend, tho, so we can do Bastion's TF if we want.
I love Prism's new build. He solos really well, so much so that I gave him a bump in difficulty to tenacious (this way I also end up battling bosses). Right now the big issue is upgrading enhancements and finding ones for Radiation Infection (am I blind or are there no DO/SO enhancements for defence debuff and to hit debuff?)
Lately, what I've been doing is to solo some missisons with my seek on. I've now done the respec a couple of times and that SO at the end is a nice reward... plus the TF is usually worth a few bubbles.
No idea on what Prism'll do for a third costume. I've been thinking of declaring the second costume a classic and repeating it in black.

Congrats, Lyle.
I was working on Star on the test server to see about respecing him. I think that I can respec stamina in for him. In the repsec i gave up crushing field and rad infection and tp, but one of the things that I did was to take enverting field instead.
In your opinion, would you say that post stamina that enverting field is a better deal than rad?
As for the dos and sos for defense buff and to hit, what you have to do is work a contact until they give you access to the sos and or dos ...
Oops. Now that Prism is 30, all he has to do is do the science contact mish and then he can get all the SOs that he'll need ...
Any idea hwere the team would be meeting tomorrow? I'm thinking of doing Star's respec live and then testing out his post stamina build. The only bad thing is that I'll wind up losing TP, but I think I can still manage to keep mutate ...
*sigh*
I wish I had some money to get Star some decent DOs ... 8-(

I'm still getting a feel for Rad Infection and Enervating Field. EF is more powerful unslotted, but eats tons of END and doesn't accept any useful enhancements. RI can be 6-slotted, though I'm not sure if I'll be able to do that. (How would you slot RI... all to hit debuffs, all defense debuffs or a split?)
Played with auras this morning one test... wow there's some cool possibility there.

Yeah there are some cool choices. Didn't think to look if they had added any along with the new issue. I'll have to take a look.
Condo & Grev are both ready to do the Calvin Scott TF, Bastion and Condo & Tas want to do the respec mish as well. Calvin Scott isn't supposed to be too long and the respec isn't either so we could try one of them tonight if everyone else is interested.
