Ohhh! How could I forget Light Lass as a gravity controller! Could be a neat choice even though Caroline has Ayla in her lightning powered version.

BTW, I did the respec on Condo but never got the chance to test him out with the new configuration because Sunboy logged on at that point and I switched to Cosmic Rokk to join him. I'll be curious to see if there is a noticable drop off in damage dealing in his powers. I gave up Aim for hasten and rearranged the slots to give Hasten six slots and health & stamina 4 each, taking away some of the additional damage slots on his blasting powers in order to do so. Turns out there is no 25 SO recharge available to me so I had to fill Hasten out with DOs. I guess recharge SOs must only start at 30 (or maybe I don't have the right contacts. )

Where do we want to have our snowball fight tonight? he Winter King has awakened from his slumber, casting an icy gaze over Paragon City. What cold ambitions lie in his frigid soul? What devastating powers will he unleash on the unsuspecting citizens of our fair city? Keep on your guard, as with icy breath, he approaches swiftly, silently, to freeze the very heart of the City of Heroes.
Giant monster time... a warning tho, it's not snowing in Paragon City so don't be disappointed.

What, no snow slides & ice patches to have fun on? That's the only reason I enjoy the Frostfire mish in the Hollows so much. If the Winter King can't do that, what fun is he?

Ehh. I have to say that looks pretty damn disappointing to me. No detail and no effects to go with it (the afore mentioned snow slides and stuff). How was it WoW was able to do a whole holiday themed set of quests and we get this crap?

I just took a screen cap in the test server of him but you've got a closer/better pic posted Seymour so I won't bother posting mine.
However, I discovered that they've given everyone on the test server ANOTHER free respec today.

IMPORTANT!!!!!
Just deleted Mysa from the test server, where I had already done the original free respec on her. Then uploaded a new version of her with the free respec from the live server unused. She DOES HAVE the free respec in the test server now also.
So if you have yet to do your free respec on the live server and didn't get the chance to try it out on the test server first, upload your hero there and try different combos BEFORE using it on the live server. Looks like you can keep using it over and over by deleting and reloading a new version.

Hey, Scott, how do you get that url to list all your primary and secondary powers? I have all but 2 of Blue's primaries and only 3 of his secondary. How do I get it to list each power?

The only guy that I have that really needs a respec right now is Star, and I'd have to give up propel, mutate, and tp just to be able to take stamina now ... 8-(

He's already made a number of changes to it since he first gave out the link. He could add the power poools too since all it really does is list the characters powers.

Wow! Tonight was fun. Grev got to level 25 & Sunboy reached 11. Prism joined us just after my prior post and shortly after that Porcupine Pete made a triumphant return to the Legion! (It was awesome having Pete back) We took on I don't know how many Tsoo Bosses, all level 24s and 25s. Died a couple of times but all in all we had a blast!
Can't wait for the official Legion Night tomorrow night (Thursday) on Virtue.

Crap. I had to rearrange my work schedule because I have to do some training on a new reporting system. The only time we had available was after 5:00 our time and it will last at least 2 hours. I really doubt I'll be able to make it tomorrow. Garth will just keep falling farther and farther behind.

I told her to go ahead and invite our friend Mel as well. Mel said she knows a little bit about the Legion, so maybe she can come up with a character. Nura would be neat (Mysa gets to hang around her sister! ) and those are good choices of powers for her. Another possibility is for her as a martial arts scrapper since she was supposed to be one of the best non powered fighters in the Legion.
Other character suggestions for a female on Virtue (assuming Mel wants to play a female)...Duo Damsel as a scrapper, Night Girl as a tanker, Life Lass as a healer, Gas Girl as a blaster or rad defender, Quantum Queen as a blaster, Nightwind as a storm controller, Infectious Lass as a rad/rad defender, Comet Queen as a blaster or fire tanker, Laurel Gand as a tanker, Jazmin as a blaster, Kinetix as a blaster or defender (or even as a tanker in her amazon form), Jeckie (as Sensor Girl or the Grell version of the Princess) as an illusion controller, Mentalla as a mind controller, Catspaw as a claws scrapper...
I'm sure there are others I've missed but that's what I can come up with off the top of my head.[/b]Did Grem and Mel decide who they were going to create?

Aarrgghh! Here I am, stuck at work and I just found out that, on Test, DA armors are now stacking! That is one thing I've been waiting for to make EAP even better to play, especially now that he's past 21 and getting his butt kicked regularly by the new hyper-mez power of some baddies.
Now he'll be able to do run Dark Embrace and Obsidian Shield at the same time. Just have to be sure to grab Stamina at 24 for sure and slot the hell out of it. Maybe I'll copy him over again and see if it works okay and drop a couple of powers to get Stamina now.

Here's a complete list of the latest Test Server patch:
Recently Added To The Training Room: 1/13/05
City Zones
• The “Paragon Dance Party” lighting has returned to normal.
• Crey’s Folly is once again cursed by the Jurassic.
• Issues with strange fog in City Zones (in particular outside of the Magic shops) has been fixed.
Missions
• Fixed several “Black Wall” bugs
• Fixed many of the “Warping Villains” issues
Powers
• Scrapper and Tanker Invincibility now also offer some defense to Ranged attacks.
• Tornado will now knock back foes the same distance, regardless of the level of the target. This is to prevent Tornado from endlessly juggling higher level foes.
• Added Toxic damage type to all Damage Enhancements and Damage Resist Enhancements
• Added inherent Taunt to Pool attack powers for Tankers only: Air Superiority; Boxing; Kick; Jump Kick; Flurry.
• Added Taunt to all Tanker Defensive powers that attack or affect foes: Blazing Aura, Consume, Chilling Embrace, Icicles, Energy Absorption, Mud Pots. These powers also now accept Taunt Enhancements.
• Fixed Dark Melee/Touch of Fear Acc Debuff.
• Fixed Kheldian Group Energy Flight description.
• Fixed Tanker/Battle Axe/Cleave so it Knocks Down properly instead of Knock Back.
• Fixed a bug that was giving Stone Armor/Granite Armor a Damage Buff instead of a DeBuff.
• Fixed text error in Invincibility system chat.
• Removed DoT from Mind Controller/Terrify, and replaced it with a 1 shot damage. The new Fear changes would cause the Feared target to keep attacking (and not tremble in Fear) because it was constantly getting attacked by the DoT.
• Modified Arctic Air Short Help (power is unchanged).
• Added some safeguards to ensure Invincibility DEF and ACC bonus improved with Enhancements for each affected foe.
• Slight increase to Kheldian base damage (human form).
• Radiation Emissions/Fallout now accepts Accuracy Enhancements.
• Updated Scrapper Spined Text to reflect new Toxic Damage type.
• Slightly increased Invincibility defense bonus.
• Stone Armor/Rooted should not longer be mutually exclusive with Granite Armor.
• Stone Armor Set: All new Stone armor f/x! Rock Armor, Rooted, Brimstone Armor, Crystal Armor, and Mineral Armor are no longer Mutually Exclusive.
• Stone Armor/Mineral Armor has been renamed to Minerals.
• Stone Armor/Rooted no longer makes you immobilized. Decreased its recharge time. However, you will walk extremely slow. Rooted can no longer be activated at the same time as Fly, Speed, or Flying powers.
• Stone Armor/Granite Armor will now transform your body.
• Dark Armors are no longer Mutually Exclusive (New Art f/x!).
• Super Strength/Rage: Removed Disorient effect after power expires. Instead, Rage will drain your Endurance when it expires. Reduced its Endurance cost to activate the power, and slightly reduced its Defense Debuff.
• Corrected a bug with Tanker Defense Energy Absorption which was only giving buffs based on a single enemy instead of the number affected by the attack.
• Changed Moment of Glory: If Moment of Glory is activated a second time while currently active, the Buffs will no longer Stack.
• Fixed a bug that allowed players to turn on toggle powers that target foes while the player was phase-shifted
• Fixed bug causing shape-changed Kheldians to sometimes appear as mekmen for a short bit
Game
• Extended Looking for group. You can now look for different types of groups and also search for different types of groups. If you have no team, you can set your search comment in the team window.
• Fixed several general server stability issues.

So not only do all the Dark Armors now stack and have new effects so do the Stone Armors.
