Holy Harmony!
Did everyone dig Mercedes McNabb's guest-stint Tuesday night? I sure did!

There's a little too much teen drama with the dating. But the show is fun, and that's something TV lacks these days. Sock steals every scene.
Just spouting off.

I'm still a couple of weeks behind (I'm in the middle of the Halloween ep) and liking this show a lot. Still like Chuck better (it's funnier), but I like BOTH sidekicks on Reaper. Devil's obviously good (even if I keep having Laura Palmer flashbacks) and they're doing a good job walking the balance between sympathetic and funny and SCARY bad. The romance subplot is getting a little old--between Journeyman, Chuck, and Reaper I'm getting a whole lot of "I have to lie to those I love, and funny/sad situations and misunderstandings keep coming about as a result"--and there's going to have to be some plot movement beyond freak of the week (I know, Dad's got a secret, but let's keep moving, people). Very likable cast. How the hell does Sock's hair stay up like that?

Yeah, the teen romance is getting a bit much but then Buffy was the same, for me.
Chuck was okay but so filled with technical inaccuracies for a geek show that I couldn't stand it anymore.

Who watches the CW's Reaper?
I do. And I love it.
Last night's episode was freakin' amazing.

There was a thread for this show when it first came out. Folks seemed to like it. With the writere's strike, I was worried it would lose interest. Here's hoping folks are still enjoying it.
Just spouting off.

This was the thread CJ (combined the two) started by you. Still enjoying it and glad to see new episodes. Last night, while predictable, was fun and it looks like Sam may have a new enemy.

Except, they might not get picked back up. I hope they do, 'cuz Kevin Smith is awesome, and I love that he's consultant.

I'd heard it was renewed, so here's to next season. The finale is tonight? Isn't this usually a Tuesday show?

I have it in my DVR for tomorrow, not tonight. So unless the CW pulled a schedule change we have another day to go. And it was renewed for another year. At least the CW recognized something good unlike CBS not renewing Moonlight.
[edit note] Just verified on the CW schedule that it isn't until tomorrow. Tonight is the season finale for Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill.

I love the latest twist. This show has gotten very good since it expanded from a "dispatch the demon of the week" storyline to an over-arching mythos implicating the characters in some much greater (I was purposely trying to be obtuse so as not to spoil anything).

I'll def. be getting the DVD Season 1 collection... what with the writer's strike and Am-Idol, this fell by the wayside for me (along with SCRUBS, 30 ROCK, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, UGLY BETTY... oWCH on my wallet for having to buy these DVD sets!).

So anyone catch the season premiere tonight? It was alright but I'm kind of disappointed they didn't address the last scene of last season. I hope they don't leave it hanging too long.
