Traditionally, MARVEL has been much more... daring in the use of their characters to film, unafraid to venture from their top-tier comics characters (Howard the Duck, Blade).
So, which of these might make the most money in a feature film? Remember-- you're not voting for your favorite character(s) per se.

DAUGHTERS OF THE DRAGON *sounds* like a good title for a movie...
...POWER PACK would bring in the family audience, though it might be too much like THE INCREDIBLES...
...NOVA I'd love to see, but what would be the villain/storyline? Same for SPEEDBALL.
So I pick DR. STRANGE, since the character of Stephen Strange going through a drunk driving accident, losing his 'steady' surgeon's hands and gradually becoming the master of mystic arts is the most complete 'story'.

Dr. Strange for me, and I'll give my reasoning why if no one minds:
Power Pack - just don't think there'd be much interest, but I could be wrong. Does anyone like family movies, even with Hillary Duff and Clark Kent in them?
Daughters of the Dragon - been there, seen that, and about 5,000 times in the last ten years. Love Misty and Colleen but they'd be seen as more of the same and lose the originality of those characters.
Nova & Speedball - I'd love to see both of these...buuuut, I just can't see them making the *most* money. It'd be cool to have a kick-ass comedic young actor as either though (screw young--I want Ryan Renolds and Dane Cook).
Dr. Strange - I feel this could be awesome, especially with the right actor. Take it serious, appeal to the sci-fi/horror crowd, but make it just mainstream enough to let people know its a super-hero film too. The problems: needs *lots* of supporting players and action.
Ultimates - I was going to vote for this, cuz I think it'll be great, but I think the public isn't ready for it yet. They will though, soon. Ultimates the movie in 2009 will rock the super-hero film genre, send it on its head, make tons of money...and then pretty much end the long line of super-hero movies for a good decade. It'll get people to say 'see, I knew this would be what it'd really be like' and lose a significant amount of interest in comic book movies thereafter. Of course, I could be wrong.

They're adapting Ultimates #1-6 as an Ultimate Avengers animated DVD soon.

Boy, do I agree with ML and Cobie on Dr. Strange! And Joss Whedon would be just the guy to do it, maybe a collaboration between Whedon and JMS (who wrote the recent updating of Strange's origin, which I really enjoyed).
Strange could be a fun combination of Buffy, Indiana Jones, Sinbad, and Batman Begins. It should be sleek, stylish, dark, a little gritty, and wryly humorous. The big challenge is giving Strange both his otherworldly charm and insouciance while keeping him human enough to be appealing to the audience.
The main drawback is that the industry, critics and audience would see it as a knockoff of Buffy/ Blade/ Van Helsing/ Underworld/ Hell Boy/ Constantine, etc.
...but you don't have a moment where you're sitting there staring at a table full of twenty-five characters with little name signs that say, "Hi, my superpower is confusing you!"

We will see just how the Dr. Strange movie does!
Meanwhile, even Lash couldn't have predicted the success of Guardians of the Galaxy and Ant Man!
