Tellus! No Quislet though. Quislet needed to be introduced to the trash compactor. Ferro Lad would be good. Dawnstar would be better though. Give them a reason to bring Wildfire into the fold.
A member from new Genesis could be cool too (If New Genesis is still around in that era.)

While some new and interesting powers would be nice, I feel that what the Legion needs is a few new characters with "staying power" (pun not intended).
That is, characters who will add to the Legion, characters so well thought out that will be "allowed" to "exist" even after the creative team changes (assuming that's possible of course since the Legion has been plagued with X-(re)boots in the past few decades).
The new characters' superpowers are part of their "staying power", naturally, but I'd prefer a relatively unexciting power if the character, male or female, is so interesting on the whole, so different, visually pleasing and so "Legion" that his/her existence will enhance the book.
What I want is to be able to say "Wow! Where was he/she hiding all this time? He/She is perfect for the Legion. This IS the Legion!"
On the other hand, I wouldn't mind the return of a few characters like Dawnstar, Dream Girl (among the living, that is. OK, so she's got a difficult power to write for. So what?), the Subs etc.
