IB has it. In LSH #41, the Legionnaires are rebuilding their rocket-HQ. Tenzil's on the ground as Laurel, Ayla, and some of the other gals fly by. While the other Legionnaires with him admire the HQ, Tenz admires the view!
The next quote goes to lancesrealm, though, for naming the character.
