Okay, with a format half-loosely cribbed from a once-popular UK gameshow, and half just cribbed... Fairly simple - I post a pic, mostly obscured by square (or rectangular) masks. You guess after each removal who the character is. The idea is that it gets progressively easier, from "practically impossible" to the point that you'd have to be diddies not to get it before the last square goes. Clear? No?
