To my knowledge, Cham has only become a phantom twice:
1) In the Girl's Revolt storyline, he turns into a phantom to impress Supergirl, who then sprays cancellite on him to trap him in phantom form.
2) In the Soljer storyline, he becomes a phantom to extract a phantom dagger that Soljer had used to stab Tinya.
I assume the latter case is the one to which Lance is referring.

Hmm...didn't think of Rokk in that way, the third I was thinking of was Mysa when she encountered the Amethyst statue, which put an "angry" spirit in her rather than the Amethyst spirit (which went into Jonn Jonzz and then Kono before properly settling in Mysa.
But I'll give you the Rokk one, and the next question.

Since "posessed" is in quotes, I'll assume a little leeway. Firstly, there's Universo pre and postboot taking over *everybody* except Brainy, Dream Girl, Cham, and Imra (I think that's all). Postboot Universo got them all except Dreamy. - Bounty took over Dawnstar - Glorith took over Lu's second body - Glorith made Brainy go insane - Triad and Rokk were taken over by Computo - Rokk was taken over by Imra  - Dream Girl was "taken" by Atmos - Pretty much everyone was Blighted - Mon-El wasn't quite posessed by the Time Trapper, but I'll list it here anyway. - Vi and the Emerald Eye. She in turn posessed a bunch of team members. s'all I can think up right now...

Hmm... I knew I needed to clarify that more. By "possessed" I meant cases in which a villanous mind/spirit actually inhabits the body of the Legionnaire, but to exclude case in which their minds are controlled by external forces.
So Bounty taking over Dawnstar would be a paradigm case, as it actually inhabits her body.

And weren't Mon, Shadow Lass, Projectra and Karate Kid possessed by the wraith-mates too?

Karate Kid, the Princess, Shady, and Mon-El were possessed in "The War of the Wraith Mates."
Ultra Boy possessed Superboy during the "Reflecto" storyline.
Wildfire possessed Dirk's corpse
for a while.
Command Kid was possessed by a demon.
Re-boot Computo possessed Triad and Cosmic Boy.
Cobalt Blue possessed XS (and most of her family) briefly.

Sorry, forgot I had an open question.
Ones I was thinking of that have been guessed so far:
Mysa-- possessed by non-Amethyst spirit (per cmk's previous question)
Dawnstar-- possessed by Bounty
Karate Kid, Projectra, Mon-El, and Shady possessed by the Wraith-Mates
Thunder and Mon-El possessed by the postboot version of the wraith-mates.
I would count Korbal's guess of Command Kid being possessed by a demon as well. I hadn't thought of that one.
There are three more cases of a villainous spirit/mind inhabiting the body of a Legionnaire, all from a single story.
