Correct--Tor-An had escaped the Phantom Zone and hatched a plot to humiliate Superman by marrying his cousin. Supergirl fell for Tor-An, but Comet, Lori, and Jerro the merboy pooled their telepathy to crack the time barrier and contact Saturn Girl. She traveled to the 20th century, told Kara the truth, and took her place at the altar. When Tor-An revealed his true motives at the end of the ceremony, Saturn Girl coolly shed her disguise, informed Tor-An the wedding was not binding because she was not Kara Zor-El and promptly transported him to the 30th century to remain in the Kryptonite cage until the Legion sent him back to the zone. (ACTION# 309)

Sun-bathing, popular on both Summer World and Winath, is, of course, impossible on Kathoon.
Tharr was close because it's also the homeworld of one of the founding Subs, but, whereas Tharr is extremely hot due to proximity to its sun, Kathoon is is perpetually dark.
