When I went through many of the Archives for the first time, I got a few chuckles and breezed through classic, fun stories I've heard about for years.
When I got to the Outlaw Legionnaires two-parter, it took forever to read because I was enamored with it! Simple, but fun...and nice to see the only 8 free Legionnaires and thus the stars were the most underused Legionnaires (save for Brainy & Cham). It took me three read throughs to figure out where Cos and the others went, as I had totally missed Lyle's line to PG that they had been captured at Brande's.
A truly fun story, right behind the sequel-like Universo Project.

This two parter is also one of my all time favorite stories. Glad to know you favor it as well.

Well, I believe Vee got all the ones if you leave out the "L-belts". If you include those you have everyone Reboot listed, plus the SW6 members who weren't in the reboot (at least Matter-Eater Lad, Catspaw, Dragonmage, Computo, Inferno, Bouncing Boy).
I'm inclined to give it to Vee, since I really hadn't considered the L-belts when I wrote the question.

Hmm. In the 5YG, didn't Storm Boy join and was revealed to be a traitor? Not sure if that's one that counts.
Along the lines of impersonation, I forgot one of the most obvious: Yera disguised as Vi.

Time for some hints: Both of those I was thinking of were real Legionnaires. One even spent time on Takron-Galtos for his crimes! The other was prominenet displayed in handcuffs on the cover of the issue.

Brainiac 5 is the one who spent time on Takron Galtos for his crimes involving the study of time-travel.
Can't think of who the last one might be. Polar Boy during v.4 maybe? Was he in handcuffs on the cover though?
