1 - Oan Manhunters 2 - Controllers 3 - Sun Eater 4 - Computo (he was created in the 20th century and the Legion later fought him again in the 31st)

Quislet also mentioned Lex Luthor -- when has the Legion battled Lex in the 31st century?? Is this a reference to "Superboy's Legion"?

Well, the ones I was thinking of were the Scavenger, Dillinger, Hitler, and Nero. I think Drake deserves the next question, though. (Oh, and Luthor battled the Legion twice, I believe - once in Adventure 300 and again in Adventure 325.)

The ongoing connection between Luthor and the Legion is actually one of the more interesting subplots of the early Legion stories.
Luthor first encounters the Legion in Superboy #86, in which Lightning Lad travels back to the past to save Superboy from Luthor's Living Kryptonite Men.
In revenge for this, Luthor sends the robot Urthlo into the future into the future in Adv. #300, in an attempt to discredit the Legion by turning them into super-menaces.
Luthor himself travels to the 30th century in Adv. #325, pretending to have not yet turned evil, but in actuality with a plan to destroy the Legion by trapping them all in the Phantom Zone.
Later, the Adult Luthor, remembering his encounters with the Legion, reasoned that there must be a Legion of Super-Villains as well, and so contacted the Adult LSV in Superman #147, which led to a couple of encounters with the adult LSH.

Umm...yeah...I meant Nero Wolfe. That issue is very rare, by the way, so don't be surprised if you haven't read it. Very limited run. Really. (dance, dance)

Er, I mean, what feature is he, from that planet, known for, not how does it enable one to tell the difference between him and the planet.

Eryk is correct.
Quislet, the character never appears on screen. He may even be a fictional character within the Legion millieu. A broadcast mentioning "three-eyed Sam from the planet Wham" was amongst the things picked up by Antennae Boy's antennae in Adventure # 305. This quote was also amongst the random "backward in time" indicators that were shown in the TMK series, in the scene where Jo Nah is being thrown through the time stream (I think that's issue # 11).
The strange thing is that Eryk answered that one a lot sooner than anyone got my question about who resurrected C.O.M.P.U.T.O. - a story that was published within the past year!

Chaim,
Thanks for letting me know. The TMK era is one I am less familiar with.

Cosmic Boy? Is that the name of his religion in which he couldn't use his magnetic power for one day?

Nope. Hint: The only one mentioned (to my knowledge) is a Legionnaire, though, and it does restrict the use of their powers!

Wasn't that Chameleon of the 1,000,000 Legionnaire's (Justice Legion L)? He wasn't supposed to use his powers other than for camoflage, I think. He agonized over using it to create a spaceship when their's was damaged in the sun's core but did it anyway and saved the team.

Would that be Dav, the kid from the Earth Tesseract who found the picture of the Justice Legion and freed Wildfire (the Wild Flame) by accident when he tried to destroy it?
