What were the ingredients for Miss Terious's magic potion to convert the Hag back to the White Witch?

A lock of hair from a genuine magician (obtained from Mr. Mxyzptlk) and the print of an enchanted shoe (obtained from Comet the Super-Horse).
It was also necessary that the spell be boiled in iron (Ferro Lad molded a cauldron out of the outer casing of a security satellite) and stirred with lead (Miss Terious stirred it with her own lead-armor-encased arm).

I knew the ingredients from memory; I checked the story to confirm the "boiled in iron, stirred with lead" part. Give me an hour or two to come up with a new question.

All I remember is that it was reassembled during the Our World at War crossover, but I don't remember the details.

Eryk, you are correct...Brainiac 13 assembled/resurrected as many artificial intelligences as he could find for that war. C.O.M.P.U.T.O., though, was essentially a draft-dodger, having been quite traumatized by his only experience with humans, and fled to eventually establish Robotica.

No, what it means is that somehow C.O.M.P.U.T.O.'s "essence" (soul?) had an independent existence, and Brainiac 13 located it and created a new housing for it. Doc Magnus/Veridium is still out there somewhere in the 21st century.

I'm pretty sure it was Cham & Proty during the Revolt of the SUper Pets but I can't recall what was added to the game (by Proty). I may have to look it up
