i always thought he looked like some kind of mutated Durlan with those antennae
of course, he also resembled Pulsar Stargrave's henchman, Holdur, a bit (well, they were both orange and super-ugly)

I think Shagrek's problem was aiming too high. He went after Mystelor who was so hot Dreamy could pass for her. From Mission : Diabolical to Mission : Forget it Mate. The solution is obvious- the 31st century needs more Fat Chicks!

An excellent plan but I perceive one possible tiny flaw. Given regular- jaw breaker- Shady's recent taste in men wouldn't the Bizarro version be extremely picky?

So, true to form, Shagrek is featured in the currently running Legion Academy arc in Adventure Comics, but the poor sod still gets no respect.
First, he's shown with a twin or doppleganger of some sort without explanation, second, he doesn't get one of those info-boxes that every other Tom, Dick or space-Harry gets to tell us their powers, home world & etc.
Poor Shagrek.
