Truth be told, you really didn't miss much. The writers never got a handle on his power and could never figure out how to use him, so they usually didn't include him in the storylines. Sad becasue he truly could have been an awesome Legionnaire.

I've got two issues with Condo in which he comes off well: The Wildfire intro story and the one where Element Lad confronys Roxxas.
But those aren't Adventure-era, soooooo.....
