That's Willow in a dream sequence but I can't remember for the life of me which episode it is. She's sat at a table in the bronze with a little monkey and it's a reference to an earlier episode where Willow and Oz were talking about animal crackers and how all the other animals are jealous of the monkey because he has pants (and all monkeys are french). I'll have to have a think about which episode it is though...
