'I'm not wearing underwear'
That's the quote by the way, not just a statement of fact. I am actually wearing underwear.

Damn, hoped that'd stump people a little longer than that since in the episode you almost can't hear her sing it. Course if you're a full on Buffy geek like I you have the soundtrack so you know all the words.
By the way, for a bonus point who plays the parking ticket lady?

Marti Noxon And buffyworld.com have the soundtrack linked from their "Post Reply" page Quote: "A man playing at cards should have a natural intelligence or a great deal of money, and you're sadly lacking in both. So I take me winnings me own way."

Because of the phrasing I think it's Angel, or more specifically Angelus. The quote is vaguely familiar but buggered if I can place it right now.

Oh. It's one of those episodes where he's trying to do that stupid irish accent innit?
Anyway, what are the best Angel or Buffy fan sites?

Only for the moment my young friend, only for the moment. I'm lulling you into a false sense of security.

It is indeed Angelus to Daniel, who he drains shortly after, in Amends. BB has it

Okay, then. "She's cool. She's hot. She's tepid. She's all-temperature Buffy."
Hint. The character who said it appeared only on Season 4.

Working on the presumption that I'm right: "On the left one spies the painter himself. In the middle distance is the French poet and critic Baudelaire, a friend of the artist. Now, Baudelaire – interesting fellow. In his poem ‘Le Vampire’ he wrote: ‘Thou who abruptly as a knife didst come into my heart.’ - He, ah, strongly believed that evil forces surrounded mankind. And some even speculated that the poem was about a real vampire. (Laughs) Oh and, ah, Baudelaire was actually a little taller and a lot drunker than he is depicted here."

Since no-one seems able or willing to get it, it was from Angel 1x13, "She".
New quote:

Is that drugged-induced "Angelus" when that actress slipped Angel a happy-pill?

Thanks Bevis. If we're expected to know the names of the eps then I'm out of this game, cuz I don't know them and looking them up's a pain.
