You're right about that Eryk. I've heard the album over at a friend's house but have never had a copy of my own. It never comes up for sale on eBay nor does Amazon ever seem to have a copy. Hammill rereleased it recently (2001?) with different instrumentation. One of these days I'll find a copy. Need to run some errands but I'll be back with another question.

I believe the two versions are 1991 and 1999.
I've never actually heard the complete work myself.
One of these days I'm going to stock up on Hammill albums (I only have about four solo works, at the moment), but I keep putting if off, because there's just *so* many...

I can't remember if this one has been asked before or not.
When was the first time Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and John Bonham played together?

I knew Page and Jones were on it but I couldn't remember if Bonzo was or not.
I'll be back with a question later.

OK, this one might be easy, depending:
The late Rick James wasn't the only member of his family to have success in the music business. Name the relative that did.

Hint time:
The relative in question was a long-time member of a successful vocal group.

The late, great bassman of that legendary Motown outfit.

You got it Miner. The Boss isn't the boss of the charts. He may have won 11 Grammys and had a number of number 1 albums he has yet to score a number 1 single.

And likely won't, at this rate, though I wouldn't completely count him out.
Name the comic book character whose strip was once used in the creation of a Pink Floyd LP cover.

It's not a DC character.

Doc Strange was used as a basis (amongst other themes) in the creation of the cover for "A Saucerful of Secrets".

Bingo!
You can see the Doc himself on the right hand side of the LP cover.
A lot of those Marvel comics were big with the British psychedelic set.
Over to you, LL.

Sorry, forget I had posted an answer to Miner's question.
Who was the drummer on the original studio recording of Rush’s song “Working Man”?

Well, their first drummer was a guy named John Rutsey, so I'll say him.
But this could well be one of them trick questions.

No trick. Rutsey was the original drummer on the first album, 'Rush'.
Back to you Miner.

According to Geddy Lee, Rutsey bailed because he couldn't handle the band's extensive touring schedule.
Anyhoo, sticking with drummers.....
Who was the drummer on the earliest Genesis recordings?

If I recall correctly Chris Stewart played on some of the band's original singles but he never was on the official first album. Some of the singles he played on originally were re-recorded with his replacement, John Silver.

Your memory is stellar, LL.
Stewart was the drummer on their first two singles before leaving to manage a farm.
Back to you.
