What band originally named itself after a comic strip character, but was forced to change it when the strip's creator threatened legal action?

Clue the first: The band changed its name by changing one letter.

Nope.
Clue the second: This country rock pioneer band included two members who went on to fly with the Eagles.

You got it, matlock. When Poco started, they called themselves Pogo, after the comic strip, until its creator, Walt Kelly, threatened to sue them.
Your turn.

The original rhythm section from what band first played together in a band called Corn Cob Web while still in high school?
Hopefully this hasn't been asked because I've missed several months worth of questions.

No takers yet, here's a clue to move this along:
The drummer retired from the band after suffering some health problems on tour; the remaining 3 members have carried on as a 3 man group with no drummer officially elevated to full-fledged membership.

Yep, Mike Mills and Bill Berry started playing together in Macon, GA before moving on to the University of Georgia.
For the record, I miss Bill Berry.

What song contained a flubbed lyric by a Beatle that inspired Billy Ocean's "Get Out of My Dreams and Into My Car"?

Clue: This was a solo hit by one of the four and was a cover tune.

You got it, Lab. It's "You're Sixteen."
Originally recorded by Johnny Burnette, the Ringo Starr remake contains a flubbed line: "You walked out of my dreams and into my arms" turns out as "... into my car."

Two part question.
Who organized and funded the 1983 US Festival featuring Van Halen, Scorpions, Ozzy, Judas Priest, Motley Crue, Quiet Riot, and Triumph? What was his claim to fame outside of the music industry?

OK, hint time.
If you were to give him a Legion-inspired nickname, it would be Chameleon Boy.
